This is an ideal all on one floor property, with excellent access to a decent sized pool. The open plan kitchen/dinning area was ideal and the sliding doors at either side really gave the feel of that outside/inside living.

Beautiful villa with superb pool area. Open plan living space with well equipped kitchen, perfect for the six of us to chat and cook. Lots of room for us all, comfortable bedrooms and dual aspect terraces. The owner met us at the property and showed us around. We spent a lot of time in the pool, lovely private space with loungers and an outside eating area with BBQ.

Perfect Stay

We had 8 beautiful days in Mougins. The house and the pool offered us everything we wanted for our short vacation. Fast and friendly communication with the host. We would come back.

Nice house with great pool

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool which was very clean and well tempered. Only the road to the house was a bit adventurous, but we were told that the recent rain had dug a few holes in the path. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful tranquil villa

The villa is even more beautiful than the photos on Vrbo and is excellently managed by the hosts and the welcoming team. It is in a tranquil, secluded part of Mougins, where you feel safe and secure. The house has glass front and back so it gives a much bigger perspective than having brick walls so, from the pool area (fabulous heated pool) you look straight through the open plan living area to the front balcony, elevated above the other local properties. One has sun in the morning on the balcony and it quickly moves around so the pool area has sun and the subsequent sunset for most of the day. The open plan living area works extremely well and the kitchen facilities are excellent. We like cooking and there was everything we needed. There were just two of us plus our bichon havanais so we used the master bedroom which has a roomy dressing area, but the additional two bedrooms are also lovely looking out over the pool. It’s a lovely part of the world and we will definitely be looking to return some day.

Unser Urlaub war wunderschön. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber, es ist alles da was man braucht und die Lage ist ideal! Der Pool ist klasse und war auch in unserem Oktober Urlaub offen und beheizt. Von Mougin aus haben wir viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht, die Autobahn ist binnen weniger Minuten zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber / alles super organisiert. Wir wurden freundlich von Marilyne empfangen. Die Villa war sehr sauber und ist auch bestens für Hunde geeignet (wohnen auf einem Stock). Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und der Pool bietet ausreichend Platz und kann beheizt werden.

Super Lage - tolles Haus

Die Ankunft war etwas holprig, weil Googlemaps nicht genau die Lage des Hauses anzeigt. Der Weg liegt etwas versteckt. Mireille ist aber eine wunderbare Lotsin und stand uns jederzeit auch bei allen anderen Fragen sofort telefonisch zur Seite. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer. Der Blick vom Balkon einfach wunderbar. Die Gegend bietet tolle Ausflugsziele. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, da muss man leider ein wenig Fahren, um schön spazieren gehen zu können. Direkt vom Haus aus geht es leider nicht so gut. Aber alles in allem war es super und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Beschreibung der Grösse des Objekts war korrekt. Leider war die Sauberkeit bei der Übergabe nicht gegeben und auch die Übergabe erfolgte überhaupt nicht korrekt. Die Dame (Maryline) nahm sich viel zu wenig Zeit und instruierte uns sehr ungenau. Der Gasgrill war sehr dreckig und funktionierte auch sonst nicht. Als wir das Maryline mitteilten, gab sie uns einen Link für die Miete eines Gasgrills für ca. EUR 35 pro Tag, und das zu unseren eigenen Kosten. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 28 Tagen wären das fast EUR 1.000 an Zusatzkosten gewesen. Wir haben das nicht gemacht, empfinden aber die Verhaltensweise der Besitzer als eine Zumutung!Ich verlange einen Preisnachlass von 10% auf den Mietpreis.Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich unter: heinz.aeschbacher@hotmail.comDanke!

mooi en net huis met veel mogelijkheden

Het huis is netjes en mooi, van alle gemakken voorzien en veel ruimte. Goede ligging voor boodschappen ed. Veel mogelijkheden in de buurt, dichtbij Cannes. Het zwembad was voor de kinderen erg leuk. Fijn dat er ook plaats was voor de hond. Goede communicatie met eigenaar. We komen vast en zeker een keer terug.

Sejour en famille au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison propre, bien équipée et très bien entretenue (à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur). La literie est de bonne qualité. Quel bonheur de retrouver ce havre de paix après une journée de visites ! Le quartier est très calme et la vue magnifique !

Geweldig huis

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in een heerlijk huis. Zeer ruim en schoon en zeer praktisch ingericht. Alles is aanwezig. Het verwarmde zwembad is top. Communicatie met eigenaren is in het Frans maar de hostess spreekt Engels en reageert zeer snel op vragen. Je hebt voor de omgeving en boodschappen altijd de auto nodig. Er zijn prachtige plaatsen in de omgeving en je zit in 25 minuten op de boulevard in Cannes.

Klasse Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir wurden sehr freundlich emfangen und alles wissenswerte über das Haus wurde uns erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jede Rückfrage wurde schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen, nach jedem Ausflug wurdem wir vom angenehm temperierten, sehr sauberen Pool erwartet. Während unseres Aufenthalts (7 Tage) tauchte plötzlich der Poolservice auf und hat sich um den Pool gekümmert. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Geschwindigkeit des Internets im Haus. Es ist leider so langsam, dass teilweise selbt ein einfacher Mailabruf vom Smartphone nicht möglich war. Dieses Problem sollte demnächst allerdings nicht mehr bestehen, das Haus wird ans Glasfasernetz angeschlossen. Spätestens ab dann ist das Haus uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Zeer moderne goed uitgeruste villa nabij Mougins.

Genoten van ons verblijf en het zwembad. Je hebt echter wel voor alles je auto nodig, zowel voor boodschappen als uitstappen. Veel gezien in de regio. Oud kunstenaarsdorp Mougins is zeer de moeite. We bezochten Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Grasse en Valbonne.
