Beautiful Villa with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and large terrace. The villa sleeps up to 6 people and is fully equipped. The villa has kitchen, air conditioning, internet, TV, maid service and laundry. In addition you can make use of common areas like the garden, swimming pool, bar, rotisserie and parking.

The Marina is a strategic point of the city of Puerto Vallarta, since it is close to everything; To the south is the village of Vallarta to 10 minutes, with its famous Malecon, we have the best shopping centers less than 5 minutes, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and all kinds of entertainment are within the marina, as well as hospitals, Airport and golf course. All this a few blocks from the house. The nearest beach is 3 minutes by car and 15 minutes by foot.

Secluded, luxurious villa within minutes of everything!

This is the perfect accommodation for your PVR trip! Alfredo is quick to respond to any inquiries and the staff is very attentive and friendly. We walked 7 minutes to the Marina and 10 minutes to the grocery store. What my family enjoyed the most was the exclusive location this place is at. We were able to go out and enjoy many parts of PVR within a 20 minute ride and then come back to a peaceful, luxurious home with a pool. I could never stay at a hotel now in PVR after staying at the Green House. One minor set back during our trip was our son falling and needing to go to the hospital for stitches. I was a bit hysterical and didn't know what to do so I called Alfredo and he had a cab waiting on us within 4 minutes and the hospital was 3 minutes away. My son was stitched up and done by the 25th minute mark. I can't be thankful enough for the villas proximity to the hospital when this happened. Thank you to everyone involved at the Green House! You're amazing and we will be staying there again on our next trip!
