Please leave the keys on the hook to the left of the door (never on the inside of the door lock!) and simply close the door behind you. If possible, send us a photo of the key for confirmation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours and the quiet hours between 10pm–8am, especially when coming or going through the hallway.
No parties or events allowed.
Late arrivals must be confirmed in advance with us. A €20 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 20:00

Hi, I’m Sergiu, a local from Lagos, raised here and someone who’s always felt a deep connection to this place. I’ve lived abroad for some time now, but I come back to Lagos whenever I can.

This apartment is my own little spot to recharge when I’m home, and I’ve set it up to feel calm, comfortable, and welcoming, not just for myself, but for anyone who stays here. Lagos has a great balance, it’s full of history and local life, but it still feels relaxed and easy to enjoy. You’ll find beautiful beaches nearby, but also quiet backstreets, good food, and a slower pace that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.

While I’m away, you’ll be looked after by Margarita, who helps manage the apartment when I’m not in Portugal. She knows the space inside out and takes care of all the day-to-day details. She’ll be your go-to person throughout your stay and is always happy to help with anything you need, from check-in to local recommendations.

I’ve grown up here, and this place has always felt like home in the truest sense. The town, the pace of life, the people, they’re all a big part of my life. There’s a warmth and simplicity here that I’ve always loved, and no matter where I go, I find myself drawn back to it.
