About this property

Welcome to Sandy Dunes! You will feel like you never leave the beach at this 3BR/2BA beachfront cottage in the Sandestin area of Miramar Beach. We are one of only 3 beachfront homes located at the end of a gated cul-de-sac road and are located in close proximity to all shopping and amenities. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE A FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL. (or, Saturday to Friday rental) Huge windows provide for non-stop views of the ocean and double doors open to a large deck where the sound of the ocean never stops. Enjoy coffee in the morning, sunsets in the evening or sunbathe without ever having to touch the sand! Walk down the steps from the deck and find yourself on the beach and 50 yards from the water. An outdoor shower and hose area allows you to rinse off before heading back upstairs. Our home includes the use of two chairs and an umbrella set up each day by the beach service. They have plenty of additional chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, etc. available for rent. Feel free to bring your own beach chairs as well. Storage for your chairs is available under the house but please take them with you when you leave. We have plenty!

Sandy Dunes has three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has two twin beds and one bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking necessities and we have a gas grill on the deck. The living room/dining room area overlooks the beach and high top chairs and table are available on the deck for outdoor dining. Perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the white sand beaches of South Walton without the condo crowds.

Better then the Pictures

Our stay at this beach house last weekend was perfect. The view of the gulf from the kitchen and living room was outstanding. The back porch was our favorite spot. We spent mornings, afternoons and evening there most days. The pictures can’t even show how beautiful the view is from the beach side of the house. I highly recommend this house and would love to stay there again.

Perfect location! Excellent communication with property manager. It was truly a seamless getaway. Everything you could possibly need in a home. It is a piece of heaven here on earth! Highly recommended! Will defiantly stay here again!

This is the easiest best location to the beach. It was also the easiest I have ever had working with owner/manager. Absolutely great experience and vacation.

Front row seat to paradise!

Sandy Dunes is exactly as advertised- clean, neat, and steps away from digging your toes in the sand at the water's edge! We spent more time on the porch watching dolphins and sunsets than we did inside! Sarah is very responsive to any questions or issues you might have. You're a 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. We live in Walton County, but treat ourselves on our anniversary. We would stay here again!
