Second Floor: Sleeper Sofa Third Floor: Master Bedroom – King Second Bedroom – Queen This townhome requires a 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay during Spring Break and Summer. There is a 4 night requirement during the off seasons. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Not Again

Our townhouse was not clean. We had to buy a mop to clean the floors. The furniture was dirty so we covered it with sheets. The kitchen had a smell so we burned a candle the entire time we were there. And we had Rats that would eat our food at night and leave the evidence. I have pictures for proof.

Lied about HVAC working

The property manager indicated the HVAC was working when the HVAC indicated that HVAC was clearly not working and we were not getting the property to cool down.

Wonderful Stay w/ a workout!

The location was wonderful! The townhome was clean and quaint. However, the lighting on the back porch was so dim we had to purchase flashlights. With 3 flights of steep stairs and young children with us, that was a major concern.
