Independent family house surrounded by a 9 ares garden, located in a pleasant and quiet area of Lanildut, a small port village typical of Abers in Brittany. The sea is 250m away, with access to the GR34.
On the ground floor: living room with direct access to the terrace and garden, fitted and functional kitchen, WC.
Upstairs are the bathroom, WC and 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 1 bedroom with two single beds.
The garden has a south-east facing terrace, with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

Satellite TV is at your disposal, as well as some games and books.

Artistic dream house

This spacious and artfully designed and decorated home was like a piece of heaven. Immaculately clean, beautiful views from the windows, and located right in the middle of the majestic coastline and rural farmland of historic western Brittany! Loved every moment!

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Lanildut verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts fehlte. Wir sind viel an der felsigen Küste spazieren gegangen. Zu schönen Sandstränden, z. B. in Treompan oder zum Plage de Penfoul sind wir dann mit dem Auto gefahren. Alles in allem haben wir uns super erholt.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch und man ist zu Fuß schnell am Hafen oder an der Küste um dort die traumhafte Landschaft zu erkunden. Die Übergabe war völlig unproblematisch und sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit der Familie und können die Unterkunft für Familie weiterempfehlen Jederzeit wieder!

Superbes vacances dans cette agréable maison dont tout y est :le charme la vue les promenades les restos les sorties.... Et merci aussi à Mme Le Hir qui nous a très bien accueillie, pour sa disponibilité les conseils de visites, une dame très sympathique. Si je devrais revenir en Bretagne c'est dans cette maison que nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Communication propriétaire au top et très bon accueil de Mme le Hir. Communication excellente tout le long du séjour. Maison au top, bien équipée manque juste la lumière sur la terrasse arrière pour manger le soir. Nous étions très bien, 1 semaine trop courte.

Séjour du 29/08 au 05/05/2020

séjour réussi tant par la météo que par cette maison très accueillante où rien ne manque. Belles balades dans les environs proches (les abers entre autres, balade sur le parcours côtier) et pour moi qui suis golfeur, 2 parcours de golf à moins de 15mn (Golf des Abers, Golf de Pen Ar Bed), un 3ème un peu plus loin vers Brest (Golf de Brest Iroise). Environnement très calme. Une bonne adresse.

Très belle location, situé à 3mn à pied du bord de mer. Le gîte est très bien équipé et très confortable. Le superbe temps nous a permis de profiter un maximum du jardin magnifiquement fleuri en cette saison. Accueil super sympathique. Nous reviendrons rapidement et avons déjà recommandé ce logement.

Un très bon séjour à nouveau. La salle de bain refaite récemment est appréciable et fonctionnelle. Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour,la terrasse et agréable et les transats parfaits pour une sieste au soleil et à l'abris du vent. Les visites et promenades aux alentours toujours très chouettes. La nouvelle supérette au centre du village accessible à pieds en 10-15min est un plus pour ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture notamment pour les croissants du petit déjeuner. Merci.

Nous avons énormément apprécié nos vacances dans cette charmante maison où tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. Très fonctionnelle, la maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et avec suffisamment de simplicité pour la rendre conviviale sans que cela soit surfait. Pour avoir beaucoup loué dans la région je peux dire que c'est une des rares fois où je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Et que dire de la gentillesse des propriétaires! J'ai apprécié nos échanges et leur grand sens de la convivialité. Sans conteste, une des meilleures locations que j'ai pu faire!
