Casa Del Sole - Amazing sea view, St Raphael, France

Escape to the Côte d’Azur and stay in a beautiful 2-storey villa for 10, with panoramic sea views. The villa has extensive outdoor space and a private pool where guests can relax in the sun. It is an ideal base for friends or family who want a peaceful summer holiday or to explore this corner of Provence.

The house is well-located on the hillside above the rocky coastline just a 13-minute walk from the beach. This stylish residence has been beautifully decorated throughout. The spacious living room is full of light thanks to French windows which open onto a shaded terrace. The seating area is furnished with sofas, a grand piano, a TV and an open fireplace. There is an elegant dining table at the end of room for indoor dining.

For guests who need to stay in touch with work, there is an office on a mezzanine level above the living room, furnished with a desk, computer and a sofa.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped with an induction and cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and an American fridge/freezer.

The owners have lavished as much attention on the outside space as they have with the interiors. The terraced garden is on two levels. Directly outside the living room is the veranda which acts as an outdoor sitting room. It is furnished with cane armchairs, ideal for sundowners overlooking the Mediterranean. There is also a dining area for meals al fresco. On another part of the veranda, there is a hammock and a table tennis table.

Stone steps lead down to the private swimming pool. Here guests can relax on one of several sunloungers after a refreshing dip. There are two additional dining areas on this level as well as an outdoor kitchen. This is appointed with cooking hobs, a sink, an oven and a breakfast bar. There is also a large BBQ.

Bedroom 1: This first-floor bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: The second elegant bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It has an en suite WC.
Bedroom 3: Opening onto the veranda, this pretty bedroom has a double bed, a desk, wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Furnished with traditional wooden pieces this bedroom has a double bed, a bureau and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 5: Decorated in a more contemporary style this bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathroom 1: En suite to bedroom 1, this tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2: This independent bathroom is appointed with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 3: En suite to bedroom 3, this attractive bathroom has a full bathtub, a separate shower, basin and WC.
Extra: There is an en suite WC in bedroom 2.

Location
Close to several lovely beaches, the house is ideal for families and friends who want to relax in the sun. The resort town of Agay (10 minutes) is known for its sandy beaches and beautiful setting. Closer is Anthéor, with its famous railway viaduct and red rocks. There is a small cove here for swimming and you can also hire kayaks and canoes to explore the coast out to the Ile des Vieilles.

For full Riviera glamour, Cannes is 1 hour away. It makes a great day trip. Visitors can people watch on the Croisette and enjoy delicious seafood at one of the many excellent restaurants in the town.

For self-catering, there are two supermarkets 5 minutes from the apartment. Boulouris’s weekly market on Esplande Saint-Jean (20 minute drive) is the largest in the area. It takes place every Monday morning from 7am to 1pm and also on Thursday in July and August. Here you can find the freshest local produce to cook at home.

Nice Côte d’Azur airport is 1 hour and 5 minutes to the east. Anthéor-Cap-Roux train station is only a 4-minute drive so guests can easily explore the Riviera.
