. Rent very beautiful air-conditioned villa in a residential area with HEATED and secure swimming pool with an alarm. Landscaped garden inviting to spend holidays under the sign of relaxation and peaceful rest.

The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms with flat screen and 2 bathrooms.: The master bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom with bath and toilet and direct access to the swimming pool. The guest bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. These 2 bedrooms overlook the pool and the garden.

The American kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, freezer, etc.). It is open to the living room and has direct access to the terrace which has a dining table and a view of the swimming pool.

A laundry room with a washing machine is also available.

The 1500 m2 garden is fully landscaped and has no vis-à-vis for the greatest privacy. The swimming pool, heated and secured by an alarm, is ideal for parents of young children wishing to enjoy the exterior of the house with complete peace of mind!

Young and old will love to gather in the summer kitchen (or pool house) to enjoy the barbecue and a little freshness in the shade of the oaks ... The perfectly-equipped 'pool house' with its American fridge, hotplates and barbecue will welcome the whole family for lunches and al fresco dinners!

And for everyone's pleasure, the pétanque field, the ping-pong table. Wifi internet and 2 parking spaces will be at your disposal.

Only 10 km from the beaches of Cannes and Antibes, the villa is ideally located to enjoy all the attractions of the French Riviera in complete tranquility ...
The villa is located at the bottom of the city of Grasse, city of Perfume. You can make your own PERFUME, see the soap making and the flower distillery to embalm your life.
A few kilometers away is the manufacture of BONBONS. And many other things
Spend a day in the Gorges du Verdon, Visit Monaco, its Palace, or simply relax by the pool with a house aperitif.
A studio adjoining the property not overlooked and with independent entrance is occupied by a member of the family.

A beautiful house in an excellent area

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing week in this stunning house at the end of August. It has everything you could possibly need for indoor and outdoor eating. The swimming pool is large and an ideal temperature. The 3 bedrooms are all a good size with the added bonus of the master having an en-suite. All the bedrooms are ait conditioned and have automatic shutters. The location is very relaxing with lots of places to visit a short drive away.

Beautiful house with lovely hosts

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in Michael and Monique’s beautiful house. We did not miss one thing and the host did anything to keep us comfortable and satisfied. The garden is lovely and we spent a lot of time in and by the pool and used both the pool table and played boule. Mould absolutely recommend. The only thing that is not perfect is that it is not that easy to go running from the house as the roads are narrow.

Paradise in Grasse

A beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped villa with a fabulous garden and a heated pool. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday chez Monique and Michel who are discreet, friendly and helpful hosts. A welcome gift awaited us upon our arrival and a thank you as we left. Great location for visiting Nice, Cannes and Antibes as well as beautiful Valbonne and Mougins. Perfect family stay

A lovely place to call home for 9 nights. Extremely well equipped with everything needed. The hosts are the most wonderful and welcoming people. We really had a good rapport with them. The outside area with large pool & garden is superb! Very enjoyable for the children. We would happily return. The local area is fantastic including Grasse & Mougins Village. Wir hatten als 5-köpfige Familie eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Aufteilung der Villa ist großzügig und die Villa versprüht sehr viel Charme. Die zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein und der Pool mit Kindersicherung hat uns sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und geben nützliche Tipps für tolle Ausflüge.

Wunderbare Villa mir grosszügigem Umschwung

Vielen Dank an Monique und Michel, es hat alles sehr gut gepasst!! Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa verbracht, bei sehr hohen Temperaturen war die Klimaanlage und der Pool Gold wert. In Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner und grosszügiger, als auf den Fotos. Wir können das Haus mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Villa mit viel Privatsphäre

Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Außenanlagen liebevoll gepflegt. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten laden überall zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und durch die Poolalarmanlage auch mit kleinen Kindern entspannt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern lief sehr problemlos und sie haben sich immer umgehend gekümmert, um uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit ruhigem Garten

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Anlage am Standtrand von Grasse. Der Garten ermöglicht Ruhe auch für mehrere Personen. Toll ist die Grillecke mit eigenem Kühlschrank, Gasgrill, Eiswürfelmaschine und allem, was man sonst so braucht. Schön ist auch, dass die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert sind.

Wonderful Villa

We, my husband , me an three young adults had the best time in this Villa. It was top clean, the house is exactly as in the pictures. The garden is beautiful and you can only feel absolutely well in this object. There are no wishes left open. Also a great area to visit many things. Grasse, Cannes , St. Tropez are all very close. A fantastic, relaxing week

We’ve just returned from a week spent in this beautifully appointed and lovely villa. The friendly owners Monique and Michele were there to greet us and despite the language barrier we all managed to understand each other. There is everything you need for indoor or outdoor eating, the barbecue was great, and the whole villa is very spacious. The swimming pool was excellent to come back to after days out too. We took the train to Cannes and Nice as well as visiting some stunning local villages, none of which were too far away by car. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week and we would love to come back sometime in the future.

Great property and location but beware owners are attached to your villa

The property was in a great location for exploring the Grasse/canne area which is stunning. The villa beautiful, very clean and has all of the utensils you need for cooking etc. The outside bbq area and gardens/pool are lovely but make sure you use lots of mosquito spray before you venture outside. Had a couple of issues 1. Air con made a lot of noise and although owners had a technician called out it still continued to make the noise and the owners gave us ear plugs. 2. Owner lives attached to the villa whilst not impinging on our privacy was fussy about the way the kids used the pool e.g jumping in. So if you want a villa where you feel you and your children can completely unwind then this may not be the place for you.

Dear Hayre, Many Thanks for your feedback ! Always very useful to have comments! Mosquitos: I agree this year has been terrible ... luckily it’s usually never that bad. And we are happy to provide mosquitos spray if necessary... Aircon: First Time ever that a renter mention that our AC are noisy ... our renters are usually extremely happy with the AC... and the technicien that we called confirmed that our AC work perfectly well. Children: we LOVE children, we have four grand children and we mainly have family staying at our villa ... its perfectly family friendly and we are so happy to have children (& parents) enjoying the pool ... we sincerely hope that you & children did as well ! Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit sehr grossem Garten, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, Pool, Poolhaus mit grossem American Fridge und grossem Grill. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet (Küchenutensilien, Besteck, Teller etc.)
