We developed this space to provide a true and effortless Lake Norman experience. This home is great for a staycation, vacation, a work-from-home alternative or for families. Located 45 minutes from downtown Charlotte (& airport), you can enjoy the water by day and city by night.



THE HOME: This recently refurbished A-Frame has an abundance of charm and character. Open layout, big windows, large deck and personal touches are just a few things that make this home stick out.



OUTDOORS: The property features 100 feet of private waterfront, most of which is made up of sandy beach. Enjoy the water by relaxing on the overwater lounge or using the provided (2) paddle boards and (2) kayaks or tubes/floats when available. The porch features a 6-person hot tub, grill and bountiful seating all sitting under string lights. Nearby, you'll find a large custom Breeo fire pit.



MAIN SPACE: The main space in the home, which includes kitchen, living and dining rooms, is ready for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes amenities like a double oven, coffee bar (coffee provided) and wet bar. The living room is perfect for movie night, made better by large flat screen Smart TV with ChromeCast, Sonos sound and water views. Lastly, the dining space is the best way to take it all in with 270 degrees of windows and gorgeous water views.



BEDROOMS: The bedrooms in the home are just what you need for your getaway. Some light design touches accompany more practical features like bedside outlets with USB ports. One bedroom features a large monitor and desk that are perfect for remote work - powered by our 500mbps internet & WIFI.

Great beach house on Lake Norman. Location was just what myself and the family were looking for and having the ability to rent the boat for a couple days was a huge plus. House was clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for great time. Thank you!

We appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay especially comfortable including the basket of beach towels, extra throw blankets, super soft bed linens, and a well-supplied kitchen. The collection of books and board games would have also been put to good use if it had rained! Thank you for thinking of your guests in both decor and necessities. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our lake vacation.

Couldn’t have asked for better lake spot to celebrate our anniversary! Perfect location with all the lake amenities we could ask for and so great to rent the boat right off the dock! We loved the outdoor space - kayaking was great and then really enjoyed jacuzzi and fire at the end of our lake days. Next time we plan to stay longer!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in every way. The amenities all speak for themselves, and I was especially impressed by how well equipped the kitchen is. It has everything you need to cook a great meal! Super quiet also. The view of the cove is gorgeous. Definitely will be back!!

What a beautiful property on the lake. The hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards even fished off the dock catching 9 fish. Kiddos said they never wanted to leave. The interior was simple with touches of lake life. The views from all angles pointed to the beauty of the lake. The host was super easy to communicate with and prompt. We will definitely revisit this cute cozy cottage.

Austin was super responsive and helpful (even when we locked ourselves out one day - he replied almost immediately to help us get back in). The house is adorable, a great location, a quiet little spot with our own private beach. Our teenaged kids loved the kayaks and paddleboards, and I loved reading on the dock and then diving into the lake when I got too hot. The house is small but feels big because of the great layout. There are so many nice places to sit and have a drink and relax: inside on the big comfy couch, outside around the firepit, on the deck on a couch or at the table, on the dock in a lounge chair. There's a Publix five minutes away - along with a CookOut for a late-night milkshake (which we did twice). We will definitely come back! Thank you!

My wife and I stayed here with our two teenagers. What a great place. Highly recommended - will definitely try to stay here again. HIghlights are the hot tub, the fire pit, deck, kayaks, lakefront set-up, comfortable beds and well thought-out amenities. Quiet location and still close to good local restaurants and amenities. Definitely one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. Thanks again.
