Only one hour and 45 minutes from Panama City (117 kms drive) and you’ll be enjoying this private and beautiful beach at the Pacific coast. The highway is a 4 lane road from the city and at the entrance of the property, you’ll find a short dirt road that will lead you to our property from the main highway. A map with directions will be provided before your arrival to Panama.

Our home is beach front, just a few feet from the white sand and steps away from the water. An ideal place for families looking for peace of mind, lots of fun and sun with wonderful sunrises and sunsets in front of the Farallon Island and near Santa Clara Beach. We have a salt based filter pool great for people with allergies. The pool is cleaned and its water checked twice a week by a well recognized pool company.

On the second floor, it has 2 master bedrooms, each one with a king size bed, private sea view from an open balcony and a bathroom with sea view in the shower.
2 separate ample rooms (one with 2 double beds, the other with 2 bunk beds: one has a double bed with a twin bed and the other has 2 twin beds). Each has its own private bathroom.

On the ground floor, we have two bedrooms viewing the garden with 2 twin beds each one (can be used separate or as a king size bed if put together) and each with its private bathroom .
There is plenty of space for 10 adults and 5 children and a pack’n play crib is also available. All rooms as mentioned above have its private bathroom, air conditioning, hot water, closets, sheets and towels.

A separate den or family room with a full bathroom and cable tv is on the ground floor. The terrace is an open living room with a sitting area and hammocks looking at the pool and sea. There is also an open dining room (sits 8) in a comfortable and ample space. Another area is the bar with two BBQ's (gas and charcoal) and a table that sits 5. We built a large kitchen area for the family to enjoy cooking while chatting. The fully-equipped, functioning kitchen also includes a 6-burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, fridge and refrigerator. All pans, utensils and cutlery are provided. The kitchen has a large glass door leading to the bar and barbecue area which are just near the pool. There is also a washing and dryer machine in the laundry area.

The house has sliding glass doors and windows all around so light and fresh air is part of your daily well-being. A quiet and fun pool with space for all, the small ones included is just there for you to relax and enjoy any time during the day or night.
Just outside the fence, there is a nice wooden deck from which the beach is just steps away, with the water clear all year round. The beach is very quiet, wave are small as Farallón isle protects the coastline.

Minimum stay of 3 nights. Our trusted housekeeper will stay overnight in her quarters during your stay to answer any questions and to clean bedrooms, bathrooms and social areas. She can help in the kitchen if you need her for US$40.00 a day until 8 pm and we ask you to please request this before your arrival.

Parties, loud music or events are not permitted. The property is for families to enjoy a relax and quiet time. Please note that you will not be allowed to bring other third parties different from the ones you register in your request for rental.
