Why they chose this property
It was a completely new project. We identified the potential of the patio area and the front garden and dreamed of how that area could have a pool and other facilities. We also loved being close to the Pan-American Highway and 10 minutes from the beach area.
What makes this property unique
Amaia House has a complete outdoor space to let families engage with each other. It has a great pool, a pavilion to talk and play in, and a fire pit to enjoy at night. Inside the house, you can get everything you need to rest, cook and watch sports if you like that. You can also use many streaming services to watch new series.
