All great nice comfy bed, kitchen well fitted. Stayed for 4 days and wanted to stay longer. Short walk along the beach to town. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Had an issue with the shower but have been assured the maintenance guys are looking into this.

First trip to the UK – Fantastic
The accommodation is located directly on the beach. Everything is new and modern. Parking was free in the underground car park. From there, you can walk straight into the beautiful park with playgrounds. As we have a young son, this was great. The harbour is exciting as there are lots of food trucks. From Folkstone, you can also quickly get to Ashfort and the outlet. The service is excellent. We were given tips and every question was answered quickly. We were very impressed by the friendly manner, no matter where we were. We travel a lot in Europe, but we really liked England and will definitely come back more often

Experience spoilt by building site
Whilst the apartment was sold with a sea view, this was not completely accurate. It was a side apartment that looked out onto a building site from the main room. The building site was really noisy (starting at 7am with heavy machinery) and we could not sit on the balcony to enjoy the side view which would have enabled us to see the sea. The apartment itself was lovely and customer service was great but this really spoilt our holiday.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, Lisa. Whilst we are pleased to know that your thought the apartment was lovely and customer service great, we are naturally disappointed to read that the building noise impacted your stay. Whilst this was discussed at the time of stay, we echo again our apologies for the noise disturbance on a weekend and we hope to welcome you back to stay with us again soon where you can enjoy an uninterrupted break. Best wishes, Bloom Stays

High potential with room for improvement
We had a lovely time at this apartment which is modern and has great amenities and unbeatable location.
There are a couple factors that contributed to our experience:
- bed was much too small for two adults to sleep comfortably
- second room with bed sofa only had proper curtains for part of the room, meaning excessive light coming through from 5-6am onwards
- there was significant and constant building noise from 7am every day which was clear even with windows and balcony door closed. This also meant the balcony was effectively unusable during the day.
Despite the downsides we had a good time during our stay and would still recommend visiting.
