This newly designed industrial-style loft features a minimalist interior, high ceilings, and large windows facing a quiet courtyard. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, dishwasher, and essential utensils.



The bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the bathroom includes a shower, WC, and washing machine.



Situated on the 4th floor, it is accessible by stairs or a lift
