We booked based on the description of the apartment having 2 beds and washer/dryer. The sofa bed would not come out at all and there was only a washer. The toilet wasn't attached to the floor and the washer leaked. When messaging regarding these, I had complete silence. Only time I heard back was when I sent check out photos.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we deeply apologize for the issues you experienced with the sofa bed, the toilet, and the washing machine. What concerns us most, however, is the breakdown in communication. Providing prompt and attentive support is our top priority, and the lack of response to your messages during your stay was due to an internal notification issue that has now been fully resolved. Please rest assured that we have already sent a technician to fix the washing machine leak, secure the toilet, and repair the sofa bed mechanism. We are also updating our listing description to clarify that the property features a washing machine rather than a washer/dryer combo, preventing any future misunderstandings. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, as they help us improve. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future to provide you with the high-quality experience you deserved. Best regards, Team Rentbeat
