The apartment was very clean and included 2 bottles of water and a bag of potato chips. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. Unfortunately, there were some overlooked areas of concern: the hair dryer didn't work (they offered to bring us one, but we had already checked out by then), there was a coffee pod machine, but no pods (since there are so many different machines out there, we couldn't even bring any with us and buying some didn't make sense since we were only there 1 night), the ensuite bathroom had no soap or toilet paper (I had to get toilet paper from the other bathroom down the hall and take one of the shower gels there to use as soap as there wasn't another bar of soap), and the hinge on the ensuite bathroom door was loose so the door wouldn't close (which meant that we also couldn't close the black out drapes as they were to go over the door which made the bedroom very bright early in the morning). That door was also clear glass which some would find frustrating. We had to close the bedroom door in order to have privacy in the ensuite bathroom.
