Villa Rosea is a beachfront villa with a infinity swimming pool, located in Croatia in the heart of the Adriatic coast, in the charming and peaceful village of Slatine on the island of Čiovo.
Set far from traffic and crowds, Villa Rosea provides a quiet and relaxing retreat, ideal for guests seeking, comfort, and an authentic seaside experience.
The property extends over 2,200 m² of beautifully landscaped grounds, surrounded by old pine trees, Mediterranean gardens, fruit trees, and paved paths that lead directly to the beach. Guests can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, or sailing just steps from the villa.
