Relax in a central location: this small apartment on the ground floor of a small apartment building has been completely renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday; just a short walk from the lake and its fully equipped beach, near the centre of Intra, the stunning Villa Taranto, the ferry terminal for the Borromean Islands, the theatre, and the bike path; an ideal starting point for countless walks; it’s located just a few metres from the bus stop, in an area with easy, free parking
The Space
The apartment is a studio with a kitchen and has exclusive use of a section of the terrace with a beach umbrella, table, and chairs.
The bathroom with shower is brand new; the washing machine and dishwasher (including detergent and fabric softener) are available for guests’ use;
Sheets, blankets, and towels are also provided; You can request an extra bed (we have a sleeper chair)
Upon request, you can use the barbecue (shared with my family and the guests of the neighbouring apartment); we’ll provide the necessary equipment.
Guest Access
You’ll have access to a patio with a small table, chairs, and a beach umbrella; a cosy swing chair is located in the common area, and upon request, you can use a convenient gas grill.

If you’re bringing bicycles or travelling by motorcycle, we can provide a locked storage area at no extra charge.
Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is a studio; we can accommodate up to 3 people using a sleeper chair.

If you’re travelling with a dog, there’s adesignated area, and the dog-friendly beach is not far away
