To help preserve a peaceful and pleasant environment for all our neighbors, the residential community has quiet hours from **10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.** We truly appreciate your support in keeping noise levels low and enjoying the space respectfully during these hours.

4 spacious and functional bedrooms.
- Three of them are located on the second floor, equipped with comfortable beds, closets, and luggage racks. The master bedroom stands out for its 50-inch TV with a sound bar, perfect for enjoying your favorite series or movies from bed.
- The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers a sofa bed and a work desk, as well as a 50-inch TV with a sound bar, ideal for both working quietly and relaxing with a movie.

There are 3 full bathrooms, each equipped with shampoo, body lotion, body soap, and a hair dryer and fresh bath towels are provided for each guest. For added convenience, an ironing board and iron are available in the master bedroom.

The dining area is perfect for sharing: a table for 8 people and a kitchen island with 4 bar stools, ideal for breakfast or informal gatherings. It's also equipped with a 50-inch TV and sound bar, perfect for setting the mood for your meals, making food preparation more entertaining, or simply enjoying time with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your favorite dishes. It includes olive oil, salt, and pepper, an electric kettle with a variety of instant coffees and teas, a coffee maker for ground coffee, powdered creamer, sweeteners (Splenda and stevia), napkins, and aluminum foil.

Netflix and HBO Max included, so you can enjoy your favorite series and movies.

As mentioned, for the comfort of all our neighbors, quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. We kindly ask to keep noise to a minimum (below 55 decibels).

The laundry room power is automatically turned off at 10:00 p.m. and restored at 8:00 a.m. Since the laundry area is located in the courtyard, its operation can generate noise that may disturb our neighbors' rest.

We recommend starting the last wash cycle between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. so that all cycles can be completed before power to the laundry facility is automatically shut off.

This measure has been implemented to help prevent further fines from the neighborhood administration and to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
