The accommodation includes eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, with the option to create a ninth twin bedroom as shown in the floor plans.



Please Note: The property is listed with a maximum occupancy of 16, but there may be flexibility for two additional guests if the second-floor rooms are suitable for your group. These two attic bedrooms are different in style from the main rooms. One has a king-size bed; the other has two smaller single beds, best suited for children due to the lower ceiling height. As access is via two staircases, these rooms are only suitable for able-bodied guests. Use of the second floor is by request and considered on a case-by-case basis.



Set in the heart of South Gloucestershire's idyllic countryside, Tormarton is a historic, picture-postcard village surrounded by the expansive beauty of the Badminton Estate. Rolling hills, charming market towns, quaint Cotswold villages, and peaceful hamlets define this enchanting rural setting.



The outdoor heated swimming pool is seasonal and available for use from May to October. This home is ideal for family-friendly celebrations, however stag and hen parties are not permitted.
