Detached Villa with 2 Bedrooms, Private Pool and special Panoramic Sea Views

This charming single-storey villa, with pretty plants and climbers at its quaint front entrance, has a bright and friendly atmosphere and the lounge and garden have sea views to die for!

The entrance hall has a Guest Bathroom on the left, and then to the right is the attractive Kitchen with its pristine white units and pretty hand-painted tiles. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven & ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, ample crockery & utensils and a washing machine. is well-equipped with crockery, utensils, pots and pans and it is located beside the living room.

The bright attractive lounge has comfortable L-shaped seating, a traditional style semi-circular fireplace and many delightful finishing touches. The dining area has a circular dining table with seating for 4. The living room has sea views and doors opening onto the spacious sunny patio outside.

A built-in BBQ and preparation area is just outside the living area and has stylish patio armchairs with chunky cushions so you can relax in partial shade and take in the views in comfort. There is TV with a good choice of International channels and a DVD player and there is Free Wi Fi.

The two bedrooms are bright and attractively furnished, each bedroom opens onto the large sunny patio near the pool. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds.

Located beside the bedrooms, the recently revamped main bathroom has a Shower, bidet and toilet.

There is ample parking inside the gates in the paved area in front of the villa, and a pathway with a gate at the side of the house leads to the pool area at the back. From the large sun-drenched patio and pool area there are steps leading down to a well-tended grassy area that is bordered by mature shrubs and even a lemon tree!

This villa is an absolute gem and a wonderful place for a family holiday or for a couple wanting a special, private retreat in the sun!

All bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost.

Lovely property, clean and modern inside with nice bathrooms and kitchen. Pool area is fantastic with a great sized swimming pool, however it is looking a little tired in places. Very simple check in and check out. No issues at all throughout the holiday.

The terrace and pool area were very peaceful and relaxing, and benefited from the amazing, panoramic sea view; this was our favourite thing about the villa!Both beds were very comfortable and, while there isn't any air-conditioning, the property stayed cool throughout the day and night. The kitchen was sufficiently well-equipped for our purposes and we made good use of the orange-juicer and the coffee percolator! Comfy sofa and we also made use of the small library of books.Shops and restaurants were close by - and access to the fabulous walk from Luz to Porto Da Mos - but the property was beautifully quiet throughout the whole day. We all slept very well!The booking and checking-in process was straightforward and any questions we had during the stay were dealt with swiftly. All in all, would recommend for a relaxing, comfortable stay.

Fabulous Flat

what an absolutely charming little flat. we couldn’t have asked for anything better. the location was perfect - a wonderful stroll to the town - having our own pool was a real treat though too chilly to swim hanging out beside it with a lovely beverage was perfect - had a few barbecues in the evening and enjoyed many local restaurants. the flat was clean and cozy and had everything you needed - just like home 😊 thank you and we will be recommending it to our friends

The listing is very accurate The villa is well positioned to be quiet & peaceful but within a short walk into the centre of Luz.It’s easy to find and directions given were good but we relied on google maps which was perfect. The pool is a good size and very clean, the garden is large and nicely stocked with trees & shrubs.The view from the patio area is lovely. I’ve noted a couple of other reviews mention that the outside furniture is dated and I agree. The sun loungers are ok but the table & chairs and the two outdoor armchairs have seen better days and are not very comfortable.Internally the sofa & chair in the lounge is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The double bed is not very comfortable and that’s a personal preference (I don’t usually find comfy beds in rentals), however the white wardrobes in the bedrooms could do with repainting, especially around the handles.Overall the house is lovely and with a tiny little bit of TLC and new outdoor furniture it would definitely be an easy 5/5

Lovely villa in quiet location

Lovely villa in a quiet location with large pool. The villa has large grounds and a pool which we enjoyed immensely. There are some basics that I would update and provide myself if I was renting out - the instruction guide for the villa has not been updated since 2016 and was not correct. The cooker was hard to get working and you need to switch the timer on for it to work (no instructions provided), it referenced a bag of charcoal being provided for the barbecue but was not. No access to any cleaning materials you are expected to buy everything. I would not mind but the instructions state that leaving garlic overnight in the toilet helps with blockages. The villa is a short walk into Luz and I cannot fault the location. Nice family villa but would recommend some updates to the guide.

amazing views, great location

the villa is located in a very good position, a 5 minute stroll (10 with a toddler) into the centre, there is a short cut through with about 5/6 steps to the main road, the villa is tucked away and very private with amazing views, The kitchen is new which was nice, the bedrooms were both good sizes , sofas comfortable and the villa is kept immaculately clean. We had a problem the first day not being able to lock the main door and Clara was straight round with someone to fix it, it was temporarily fixed and the next day a new lock was fitted. Excellent service. Our other main problem though was the pool although a great size there wasn't a net to get bits out the pool, after a few days we realised the water wasn't being cleaned and the pumps weren't working, pool was cleaned after a week and was much better though after two days the pumps gave up again, hopefully they've fixed this and I'm sure if we'd have contacted Clara it would have been sorted out. I would recommend this villa and would happily stay again if I ever chose to stay in Praia da Luz

Fijne communicatie met verhuurder.En de woning...precies wat wij zoeken. En werd ook zo in de advertentie vermeld.Keuken iets verouderd, maar alles was er en functioneerde.Badkamer en separaat toilet waren gerenoveerd. Mooi.We hebben genoten van het zwembad ( misschien iets aanleveren qua luchtbedden oid?).En heerlijk gegrild op de bbq. En niet te vergeten: een fantastisch uitzicht

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage und vor allem der Blick aufs Meer waren toll. Im Großen und Ganzen entspricht das Haus den Bildern in der Anzeige, wobei man hier und da schon sieht, dass das Haus kein Neubau mehr ist. Das sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten, die dem Wohlfühlen in nichts entgegenstehen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte man etwas Verbessern, vor allem scharfe Messer und eine Spülmaschine! Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und nach der ersten Woche kam sogar jemand und hat die Bettwäsche gewechselt, neue Handtücher gebracht und geputzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in Luz in einer netten Wohngegend mit Ferien- und Einfamilienhäusern. Gute Restaurants fußläufig in ca. 15-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben den Blick aufs Meer und den schönen Pool sehr genossen. Ein Auto kann im Grundstück geparkt werden, das war bei der engen Zufahrtsstraße sehr vorteilhaft. Wir hätten uns nur eine bessere Küchenausstattung und einen Geschirrspüler gewünscht, sonst war alles prima.

Gemütliches Sommerhaus

Ein gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Unterhalt vom Pool und die Putzequipe sind wöchentlich gekommen und es gab alles, was man braucht. Leider war das Haus feucht und ein bisschen muffelig, wahrscheinlich weil es bereits November war.

Very nice house, great pool!

We loved the house and the quiet surroundings. Especially the pool was great of course. Overall, the house needs some work, some things need to be replaced (which would be an easy thing to do - for example a new parasol with a functioning "foot"/holder or some new and matching plates/glasses). Also the cupboards were a bit musty. But overall our stay was great and we enjoyed everything!

Beautiful villa with amazing sea views

The villa is just as advertised & is in a lovely quiet location. The interior is modern and comfortable and the pool is large and well kept along with the beautiful gardens. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants although there are a couple a little closer one which was good for breakfast. The resort is quiet just right for relaxing. Great communication prior to arrival made arrival and departure easy. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay.

This property was just as advertised. It is located about 15 minutes walk from the beach but there are restaurants closer. A quietish with only one British bar which was easily avoided. Beach was sandy and looked safe. Was quite hot for early May with temps in high 20s. The property was comfortable and had what we needed. Enjoyed barbeque by the pool.

We all had a lovely time together. The house is very nice and accommodating. Beautiful ocean views. Nice place for peace and relaxing. However, there was a bit of an ant problem.

Great location

Very peaceful location, but easy walking distance into the town. A bit more crockery would have been useful, and we found the beds very firm and therefore uncomfortable, but I guess that is personal taste. Towels are also a bit tired. Great comms prior to our outbound journey, great directions, and good tips on places to eat and visit. If you stay here and have a car, I recommend exploring the west coast.

Tolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen mit 1a-Aussicht

Da wir abends im dunklen & im Regen angekommen sind, hatten wir erst Schwierigkeiten, den Eingang zu finden, aber ging dann doch einfach. Schlüsselsafe funktioniert & das Häuschen ist wie auf den Fotos wirklich schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet & alles da, was man braucht. Top ist natürlich die Lage & die Aussicht, die Sonnenaufgänge sind spektakulär!!! Es ist sehr ruhig, leider hat der Nachbar renovieren lassen als wir da waren, das war etwas nervig, aber sowas weiß man ja im Vorhinein nicht. Der Ort selbst ist wirklich schön, der Supermarkt etwas teurer, so dass wir meist im Intermarche in Lagos waren. Manko waren zu wenig Steckdosen in der Küche, weil der Mehrfachstecker leider nicht anzuschalten ging, aber auch kein großes Problem. Bett ist sehr bequem, habe lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen wie dort. Fazit: ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen in einer tollen Landschaft!!
