About this property

Brand New Villa with Private Pool and Lovely Garden near the beach.

A perfect place in Alvor for medium term accommodation.

New villa, recently decorated with a mix of vintage furniture and modern amenities in a perfect balance for your enjoyment during a vacation. The small private pool, located in front of the living room, provides both fun and a calming atmosphere at the dinner table and sofas.
The whole concept was to create an open space so that every movement around the house feels natural and fluid without doors stopping all the fun, except for the bedrooms and bathrooms, of course. Bedrooms and bathrooms provide a mix of privacy and zen calmness. There is an upstairs suite, furnished with a vintage bed and bedside tables - masterpieces of carpentry.
Floor level windows can be opened like doors, giving a sensation of harmony between outdoor and indoor spaces.
However, my favourite space is the garden with all its diversity and, in the middle of the Al-Andaluz inspired 'patio', a beautiful Algarvian palm tree.

Amazing - it’s everything we wanted and more

The villa was amazing, well kept and in a good location, less than 10 mins taxi ride to Praia Rocha and 5 mins drive to Alvor town, it was very clean and had everything needed, Isaac was very helpful throughout and we had a complimentary iced champagne waiting for us on the first night..!!.surely booking again :)

Amazing spacious villa

We checked out this morning, the villa was exceptionally clean and spacious, we were welcomed on arrival, earlier than check by isaac, he was very friendly and had generously left a beautiful welcome package, he told us not to hesitate if we had any problens over the week, i would however mention , if you're travelling with a child under 2, it is not the best in terms of steep stairs and pool area, but thats not a criticism, just a note for anyone with young kids under 2. Overall a beautiful stay. mentions

Fabulous holiday Villa

Had a wonderful experience at this property. Issac was easy to contact and had a smooth check in process. Issac had prepared a welcome package along with a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us which was a pleasant surprise. The villa was wonderful, the photos do not do it justice. Good outdoor pool area. Nice neighbourhood. Approximately a 25 minute walk into town but taxis are readily available. Would return.

Pareceu-me muito bem todas as divisões, quartos e casas de banho, decoração excelente, muito espaço dentro de casa, contudo é importante pensar em colocar mais sofás na sala, uma churrasqueira ou fogareiro portátil e uma solução para as pessoas sentarem-se ou deitarem -se perto da piscina.
