Charming two-bedroom terraced house located in the heart of Nerja's old town, within walking distance of all services, including supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and the nearest beach—Carabeillo—which is just 400 metres away.

The property is distributed over three floors (stairs). Upon entering the ground floor, you access a dining room that leads to a fully equipped independent kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary kitchen crockery and utensils. This floor also has a guest toilet and access to an interior courtyard.

On the first floor is the main bedroom, furnished with a double bed and access to a small balcony. On this same floor is the main bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and overhead shower, as well as a washing machine.

The second floor offers a second bedroom with two single beds and a cosy living room furnished with a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a television with both Spanish and international channels. From this floor, you can also access a small balcony.

On the top floor are two private terraces: one facing south, equipped with an outdoor dining table, barbecue and parasol, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals; and another facing north, furnished with two sun loungers and an outdoor sofa, perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.

Fabulous area to stay

Great area and near everything. Good accommodation as long as you can do stairs. Accommodation had most of what you need in kitchen and great little baked potato shop right across the road. Bathroom a bit dated but ok. 2 good rooftop areas with lovely views. Kitchen missing pizza slicer and pasta drainer. Bathroom could do with updating. Ensure mirror wardrobe doors cleaned properly as in the sun all marks are easily seen. Could do with a new comfortable couch as existing not great. Table or standard lamp in dining area. Heater in dining area as it does get very cold in early months and no heating there.
