Lovely apartment in a small and quiet village. This lovely apartment is perfect for a small family looking for a vacation in peaceful surroundings. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a double sofa bed, and the option of extra sleeping space with a fold-out bed. The apartment also has a living room with a large dining table, sofa arrangement, and a smart TV with built-in Chromecast. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals for the whole family, including a refrigerator, stove with separate oven, microwave, and air fryer, as well as tableware for everyone. The bathroom is located upstairs with lovely ceiling lighting and has everything you need: a sink, toilet, and shower. The apartment has a lovely terrace that wraps around the house, parts of which are covered. There is garden furniture on all sides of the terrace, as well as the option to use a charcoal grill. The apartment is an extension of a private residence where the owners live. This means that the driveway and some outdoor areas are shared with the owner of the residence. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but please note that there are two dogs and several cats living in the private residence next door, although they do not have access to the apartment.It is not possible to charge electric cars.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
