Beautiful, luxury apartment, full of light and air.
Live like a local, but so close to London's attractions.
Only a 2 minute walk from the tube (train) and quick links to theatres, museums and all that this marvellous city has to offer.
We are in Belsize Park, a historic area, with beautiful houses, quiet streets and green spaces,
safe and pleasant, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, organic stores and bookshops.
The perfect base to explore, visit relatives, for work commitments or onwards to other destinations.
We can offer discount on longer stays.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with all modern amenities; Dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, washer/dryer..
Comfortable sofa bed allows up to 4 guests, with a wheel in bed for an extra child or two. Bed size :180cm x 200cm.We have Dyson fan and portable Air Conditioner EcoSilent.
Bathroom, with full size bath and shower attachment, toilet and hand basin.
Linens, towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, detergent, dish soap, tea and coffee supplied, plus an extra treat!
I put this apartment together myself, as a frequent traveller, I made this place a home from home based, usually on what was missing in apartments
I have stayed in abroad.
I hope you will love it as our guests do, we have so many loyal returners and high scores on travel sites, which bears out my philosophy

This is a nice apartment in a hip part of town. It is only half a block from the Underground station, very easy to get to and from. The heated bathroom floor is wonderful in the winter!

A home away from home

This is a lovely spot to stay while visiting London. It is close to all amenities and is also very well set up for stay at home evenings! It is very comfortable, and having a washer dryer is a real bonus for travellers. It is our “go to home” in London.

This apartment is just a few short blocks from good restaurants, a pharmacy, a market/grocery store, and, best of all, the Tube. It was easy to get everywhere. Beautiful, peaceful flat

This is such a lovely, quiet flat, in a wonderful neighborhood — residential, yet very close to good shops and restaurants, and just a quick walk to the Belsize Park tube station, and a gorgeous walk to Hampstead and the Heath. Carol-Anne was warm and very kind, at the ready to help — for instance, she made our return to Heathrow as calm and simple as possible by recommending a great taxi driver. We loved our five days and hope to visit again!

Enjoyable stay in Belsize Park

It was a nice clean property with all you’d need for a stay. The only thing we missed was another armchair or sofa as there were three of us and only one sofa bed. The area was lovely, lots of cafes and restaurants near by and close to Hampstead Heath which was lovely and only 2 minutes to the tube station so fab for London. It was quite expensive to stay (we’re from up north!) but we went just before Christmas.

Wonderful flat!

My family of 4 stayed here for our visit to London in July. Carol Anne could not have been sweeter! The flat is great, plenty of room for us as the sofa is a bed, as well as the window seat. Everything is as pictured. We used their driver from the airport and everything went smoothly. Lots of great restaurants in the area and the tube was super close to get to all of London. It was nice to retreat back to the calm after the bustle of London in the city. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Carol Anne's flat was even better than the pictures. We had absolutely no issues. Location could not have been better. Belize Park Metro was right down the street giving us excellent access to London. Budgen's grocery store was just around the corner and Gail's delicious bakery as well. Being able to cook in and having a washer/dryer is a great asset. Easy walking to The Coffee Cup and to Hampstead Heath in the mornings was enjoyable.

Perfect Stay for Family with all the Amenities!

I rented this flat from Carol-anne my family of four. It was perfect. The kids slept well on the pull out couch and we appreciated all of the amenities. Carol-anne thought of everything that would make our stay so comfortable and easy, from the great krups coffee machine to fresh milk in the fridge to a docking station that has every cord imaginable. She also had games, books a drawer full of goodies that you may have forgotten. The flat is steps away from Belsize tube station and great restaurants. Very convenient, clean and great hostess!

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything worked well. I did buy a single cup coffee press and left at the apartment. The coffee machine just didn’t make enough for a coffee addict like me. I have back problems so the couch was not really comfortable for me but the mattress was fantastic.

incredible Belsize Park

Our family of four began our first leg of a European vacation at the lovely black and white house in Belsize Park. The apartment was lovely with some unique features and provided wonderful accommodation for us (two adults and two teenagers). The best part were the small touches the owner included such as tea, milk and an espresso machine. She even surprised our teenagers with Easter Sunday chocolate. The location was just a short walk from Hampstead and the lively market in Camden Town. The tube stop also made it very easy to get to other areas of London. We would definitely stay there again.

I have lived in this lovely house for over 30 years and started The Black and White House holiday rentals years ago on the penthouse floor, this has been such a success, and have had such lovely visitors, that I have added the Middle Floor Suite, you can check out my reviews on VRBO # 373926, which also give more info. I have lived in this area all my life and am a real Londoner, I offer my wealth of knowledge to my visitors to help them get the most out of their vacation or business trip, I have even had both floors taken over by a wedding party, I helped organise the hair, make up, nails and drivers and all the things that help make a wedding special, including Champagne! I used to work in films, but now I run this business, I have a son who lives in Barcelona Spain and from next year, we will be expanding over there for those who would like to do a 2 center trip.

Why they chose this property

I really love this house, it was my grandfathers and I spent my childhood running over here for treats and pocket money, my grandpa always said one day it would be mine, and to my delight, he kept his word. Of course, over the years I have extensively modernized it. I brought up my son here, ran my make up business from here and now I live on the ground floor and travel a lot, but I am here to welcome my lovely guests.
