Rainsborough Rise sits in the heart of Dunssindale, a quiet and leafy suburb just east of Norwich. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook for a group allong with a dining table, also with a separate utility room housing a washer, dryer, and extra storage. A downstairs WC adds convenience, and the ground-floor bedroom includes a super king-size zip-and-link bed that can be set up as two doubles, offering flexibility for different guest setups.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a super king-size zip-and-link bed which can be arranged as twin singles, along with an additional single bed – perfect for parents travelling with a child. You’ll also find five further bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with king-size zip-and-link beds, and two more with standard king or double beds. Whether you're travelling as couples, colleagues, or a mixed group, the sleeping arrangements can be configured to suit.
The house has three bathrooms: one family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, a second bathroom with a bath, and an en-suite shower room in the king-size bedroom. A ground-floor WC ensures easy access for all.

- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
