Check in
This property is a self-check-in property. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM, however we may be able to accommodate earlier times upon request.
ID
We may request ID for your booking before we release the check in details. This is part our our due diligence to ensure we know who is staying in our properties.
Smoking
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
Lost keys
We charge £50 for each set of lost keys. There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
Parties
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Illegal activities
If we have complaints regarding illegal activities taking place at our property we reserve the right to terminate your booking without a refund and we will inform the police.
