About this property

Our beautiful vacation home is located in the desirable Birch Hill area at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The open plan style offers ample space for up to 8 people and there are stunning mountain views from the high end hot tub located on the back deck. Just remember I never list on other sites but there are active scammers out there, so let me know if you see this elsewhere. I have temporarily suspended instant booking so please get in touch for a prompt response on how I may be able to help with your vacation plans.

The main level comprises the kitchen, diner, lounge and ¾ bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and many extras to provide you many of the comforts of home. The lounge has vaulted ceilings, an oversized wood-burning river stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. Comfortable seating, large smart TV (with cable), a 7’ combo games table (pool/air hockey) and a variety of games in the cupboard provide entertainment for all.

In the large open loft space there is a queen bed and 2 full beds. There is plenty of storage space in the form of storage chests and a small chest of drawers. In addition there is a foosball table for the young at heart.

A fully fitted basement provides comfortable accommodation with two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 45" Smart TV, a seating area, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom sleeps four, in two built-in adult size bunk beds, and has a 24’ flat screen TV. A full bathroom also contains a private washer and dryer.

Our secluded ¾ acre lot is surrounded by trees on 3 sides and the cul-de-sac. The ground slopes quite steeply in places that enhances the stunning views but the meadow style area gives plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors.

When making your booking please ensure that you include the planned number of guests in your party as quotations are dependent on group size if this is more than six. Notify me as soon as possible of any changes. A 20% discount is automatically applied for bookings of a week.

COVID Updates: Our updated hygiene protocols are in-line with state requirements and best practice. If your party is 7 or more persons then I will require a period of 2 days after your departure for extended cleaning (in line with recommendations), so please consider this when checking your vacation dates as this is not currently automatically assessed by the VRBO systems.

Lovely views

Our ladies group had a great time, the views are great, the hot tub was wonderful! Plenty of room for five of us. The beds and bedding could use an upgrade along with the bath towels. It was a lovely rustic time at the chalet! Thanks for having us!

Delightful, picturesque and magical

We had a wonderful stay and play vacation. We chose this place because it had everything we could want if we stayed inside and didn’t go out to enjoy the snow. We loved the pool table, the hot tub, the opennes of the social areas, the gorgeous view of the wall of windows that looked out into the back yard that made us feel secluded and offered a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. The roaring fireplace capped off the magical stay. The house is situated in a wonderful neighborhood close to all the things we needed and wanted. We would stay here again! If you choose to stay there, you will not be disappointed.

Long weekend away

I booked this Chalet for a long weekend to stay with friends and my significant other. The house was in a quiet neighborhood which was great for hanging out in the hot tub (which is a big selling point!) while still close to North Conway and plenty of shops and activities. The house was perfect for our long weekend and had everything we needed.

Regularly rated as a top ski destination, North Conway is in fact a great all year round resort. Fantastic amenities, numerous attractions, stunning mountain scenery and tax free shopping are available minutes from our home.

What makes this property unique

Large and comfortable, a well equipped home from home. I spend between 5 and 8 weeks a year here myself and it is maintained to be my home as well as yours. The awesome views across the deck to the Moat mountains from the house or the hot tub are always enticing.
