Welcome to a charming and relaxing cottage located in a small holiday village, with nature as your closest neighbor. Here you stay surrounded by greenery, with forest walks right outside your door and several beautiful lakes just a short drive away – perfect for those seeking peace, proximity to nature, and wonderful days filled with swimming, barbecues, and relaxation. The cottage features a spacious living room where everyone can gather, with direct access to a glazed conservatory. There is also a sofa bed for two – perfect for both relaxation and socializing. The larger bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large window overlooking the garden and its lush, tranquil surroundings. A smaller bedroom offers an additional sofa bed for two as well as a TV – a cozy corner for both rest and movie nights. The toilet and shower are conveniently separated into different rooms for added comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious enough for you to easily prepare everything from breakfast to full dinners. And when the food is ready – step straight out onto the large wooden deck through the patio door. There is plenty of space to socialize, sit under cover when it rains, or simply lean back and enjoy the calm atmosphere. In the evening, light up the charcoal grill and cook something delicious under the open sky. The atmosphere is relaxed and slightly bohemian, with full focus on unwinding, breathing out, and simply being. Good to know: The homeowner has a cat that is quite shy and mostly stays outdoors during the summer. The cat has an automatic feeder, so you as guests do not need to take care of anything. Please note that the house is not allergy-friendly. The area: There is plenty to do in Skåne within a reasonable distance. If you enjoy swimming, fishing, walking, or cycling, you will find endless beautiful surroundings. Just a short drive away is Lake Ringsjön, where you can both swim and fish. Other attractions and excursion destinations include Bosarpssjön, Bjeverödsdammarna, Skånes Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center, Bosjökloster, and a beautiful golf course (Bosjökloster GK). At Lake Vaxsjön, you also have the option to rent a boat for a small fee. If you prefer the sea, some of the finest beaches in Skåne are Yngsjöstrand on the east coast and Borstahusen on the west coast. Along the coast towards Österlen, you will also find Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm, and much more. Welcome to a place where every moment becomes a memorable experience!
