The spacious living and dining area is the heart of the penthouse, with plenty of space to relax or share meals while enjoying natural light and ocean views



The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and another with a double bed, and there is a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub, providing privacy and convenience for all guests



The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for preparing any meal easily and comfortably



The highlight is the private terrace with panoramic sea views, perfect for sunbathing, outdoor breakfasts or relaxed evenings. The penthouse also has access to two shared pools, one for adults and one for children, and a private parking space



With a privileged location near the famous Praia da Rocha and close to bars, restaurants and coastal attractions, Penthouse San Lorenzo offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in Portimão.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Perfect Beachside Retreat

Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views

We absolutely loved our time at this penthouse in Praia da Rocha. The apartment was spotless, spacious and beautifully bright, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the private terrace, we spent mornings enjoying coffee with the ocean view and evenings watching the sunset. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, restaurants and shops, but still quiet enough to relax. Highly recommended!

Stylish Penthouse with Amazing Terrace

What a gem in Portimão. The penthouse has a modern, cozy feel, and the living room with sea view is simply wonderful. The terrace is huge and offers one of the best views we’ve ever had on holiday. We enjoyed breakfast outside every day and loved how close it was to the vibrant nightlife of Praia da Rocha, while still feeling peaceful once inside. The host was also very welcoming and helpful, making the whole stay easy and stress-free.

Perfect for Families

This was the ideal place for our family holiday. The two bedrooms were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms made everything easier with kids. The pools were a big hit, especially the children’s one. We also appreciated the private parking space and the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook some meals at home. The beach is literally a short walk away, and the whole experience felt both relaxing and convenient. We will definitely come back.
