This beautiful 1,450 square foot waterfront condo offer 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom and bath, living and dining areas and outdoor balcony.

Guest luxury and comfort is evident with plush bed topper in master bedroom, a well appointed kitchen, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffee pot, bedroom lamps with USB outlets, a stocked outdoor "toy closet" including a wagon to take to the beach, games, movies, books, DVDs, eat in breakfast area that can also be used for an office if needed. Laundry area with full size top load washer and dryer, connecting master bedroom to outdoor balcony, ceiling fans, plantation shutters, central air and heat. A large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity, outdoor teak table and chairs. 3 TV's with Mediacom business channel package including the SEC Network and high speed internet.

Martinique is situated beside the 4,200 acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, making birding and sea life abundant. Additionally, the Wildlife Refuge has 3 miles of mandated undeveloped beach to the East of Martinique, so beaches are not crowded and peaceful.

You'll be spoiled as you soak in the natural beauty of the Gulf views combined with plenty of light and comforting surroundings.

Wonderful and Peaceful Vacation

From Idaho to the Gulf Shores

Peaceful, Wonderful, and Majestic.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martinique 202W. No, the condo is well appointed, with a nice balcony and beautiful view of the dunes, beach, and the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, master bedroom, and master bath. The pool and work out facility is first class. When you were at Martinique on the golf, you feel like you’re in the islands. The private beach that borders the BonsSecours wildlife refuge is unbelievably gorgeous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 202 W is a beautiful condo. Was very nice and clean however we encountered 2 roaches in the place - we have come to Martinique for years and have never had that happen. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk. Also I have a problem with paying such a high cleaning fee and then having to remove sheets from the beds. Seems towels are brought in by some service so the cleaning ladies do not have to fool with that. We always leave our units as clean as possible.
