The waterfront city of Gloucester with its’ Roman foundations, Victorian docklands is close by, and the town of Cirencester, known as the Gateway to the Cotswolds, offers ancient buildings and museums. The regency Spa town of Cheltenham is within driving distance and has beautiful Georgian architecture and many festivals including the famous Gold Cup horse race. This delightful area has something for everyone.
