Excellent

Great location. Very comfortable property. Great views. Parking provided. Only needed an umbrella outside in hot weather. Will book again.

Dolly’s Plaice was just as we hoped, comfortable, fantastic views, clean and just a short walk from the beach and the town of Fowey. We had a wonderful stay in September, and thank you.

Lovely accommodation

We’ve been staying in Fowey for over a decade - it was our first time in Dolly’s. Great location with a lovely view. I personally think 4pm is a really late check in time (it’s the latest we’ve ever had and we normally always stay along the Esplanade). It’s also the first time since staying in Fowey that we’ve not even been able to park at the property a little earlier. After an 8 hour drive we just want to drop the car and head into town. Furnishing was lovely. Would happily stay again as we loved our stay.

Lovely Plaice!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It's location is perfect, as not slap bang in the middle of everything but near enough to the centre and the small beach. Our favourite thing to do was sit in the armchairs by the window, watching the boats go by. The two bedrooms are lovely and spacious and the beds so comfortable. After our early morning swim, I'd sit outside with a cup of coffee, watching the world go by. Kay, who manages the property was great. We got there early and phoned her and she sent me a text to let me know when we could access the apartment. Had a lovely welcome pack of milk, tea, biscuits and lovely cornish butter! Would definitely stay there again. It is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in.

A gem of a 'plaice'

Dolly's Plaice was a wonderful find.When we walked the few steps leading up to the house and on entering we knew we would be happy to stay here.It was very warm and inviting. We were left some some very welcome goodies and there were nice touches like the complimentary drinks tray! Very roomy throughout and exceptionally clean which is so important.However the best thing about this property was the amazing view.To have the sea so close was a great pleasure.
