This fantastic ground floor apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2025 with all the amenities for you to enjoy a perfect stay during your stay in Vilafortuny. It is located in the DMS V complex, right on the beach and in the Vilafortuny urbanisation, between Salou and Cambrils.



The Seafront Promenade that connects Cambrils and Salou passes right in front of the building, filled with restaurants, beach bars, bars and shops. If you like the beach and the summer family atmosphere, it is the perfect location. And if you are a sports lover, there are many options to go running or cycling along the promenade and a great offer of water sports. At Vilafortuny beach, the blue flag flies for the quality of its services, and it is perfect to enjoy with family. You will find showers and toilets, children's playgrounds, recreation areas, sunbed and umbrella rental.

DISTRIBUTION

With capacity for up to 4 people, the apartment is distributed with a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious terrace with sea views, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with shower.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



UHC Recommendation: Very close to the apartment, on the beach, you will find the Beatriz Restaurant, with good paellas and set meals. Familiar treatment and reasonably priced.

La ubicación y el estilo de apartamento Nos encontramos la tostadora que no funcionaba y el baño lo teníamos que tener con la puerta cerrada porque olían las tuberías, a nuestro parecer el olor salía del wc ya que no estaba sellado con silicona ( fácil de solucionar). Además fuimos 4 adultos y 1 niño y solo había 3 toallas.

El apartamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado en cuanto a la cercanía a la playa se refiere. Esta reformado y el tamaño del mismo es más grande que la mayoría de los alrededores. Las camas de la habitación más pequeña son de menor tamaño que lo habitual pero.son cómodas El tamaño se las dos camas podría ser de 90cm

Super appart!

Bel appartement, bien situé à 30 mètres de la plage et bien équipé. Pas grand chose à redire, l'annonce reflète bien l'appartement, il y a des commerces alentours, supérette, restaurants... en face d'un grand hotel mais la zone est plutôt calme et sans bruit. Par contre, si vous êtes véhiculé, pensez bien a prendre le parking, car peu de place à l'extérierieur et c'est limité et payant pour la rue principale, surtout que la place de parking est juste en face de l'appartement! Une climatisation dans la 2e chambre serait un véritable plus!
