Breakfast is not included in the rate and is served every morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Enjoy a hot drink, orange juice, bread, and Moroccan pancakes served with jam, amlou, cheese, fried or scrambled eggs, and yoghurt.

But that’s not all! Enjoy breathtaking sea views from our terrace, with a panorama stretching from the Medina to the port of Tangier, the new city, and all the way to the Spanish coast. Come and experience the magic of Tangier!

You’ll have access to our two panoramic terraces and the common lounge on the ground floor, where you can cook, read, listen to music, and relax. A perfect space to fully enjoy your stay.

For an authentic experience, book a traditional treatment at the hammam located on the ground floor for €50 per person.

If you’re coming by car, you can park at Mechouar Square. If you arrive by taxi, your driver can drop you off at Amrah Square; from there, walk down a few steps, and our house is next to a water fountain.

We work with a transport company whose drivers know the house well and will be happy to help you with your luggage. The transfer fee from Tangier Airport is €25.

- The property is entirely non-smoking. The rooftop terrace is the only place where smoking is permitted. Any guest caught smoking or having smoked in the room will be fined €100.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please respect the neighbors.

- Check-in: between 3 PM and 7 PM; Check-out: before 10 AM. Arrival and departure times can be adjusted if arranged with us in advance. Any late check-in after 7 PM will incur a €20 fee, payable via credit card on your guest portal.

- Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the guesthouse.

- Guest registration: To ensure safety and comply with local laws, all guests must be registered upon arrival. Please have your passport or ID ready for this process.

- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed. Additionally, outside visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.

- In accordance with Moroccan law, specifically Article 490, we cannot accommodate unmarried couples where one partner is Moroccan unless a valid marriage certificate is presented.

- As a guest, you agree to respect Moroccan law and understand that these laws may differ from those of your home country.

- Guests whose behaviour is disrespectful towards the guesthouse or other guests, or who violate Moroccan law, may be asked to leave without compensation or a refund. This ensures a safe and respectful environment for all guests.

- A pre-authorization of 150€ will be placed on the primary guest’s credit card as a security deposit. Please add your card to your guest portal so we can process the pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will be released 24 hours after check-out, once our team has inspected the room and no damage has been found. If any damage or evidence of smoking is discovered, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the pre-authorization.
