Villa set back from the bustle of Tangier, in a village 10km from the city center. The advantage of this house is its panoramic and breathtaking view of the sea, the Mediterranean coasts and the mountainous hinterland. Beach access at 500m. The house was completely restored in 2009 in a spirit of authenticity. Traditional materials (bejmat, tadelak, zelige) and refined decoration. The house is surrounded by a garden, two shaded terraces with dining area and a beautiful swimming pool in sea rocks. Linens provided. Possibility of having the services of a housekeeper. Ideal for a family with children (baby equipment available).
(5 min from mnar park). Car attention highly recommended for getting around Tangier. Dented track of 800m to access the villa or depending on the season can be moderately passable (case of rain in winter early spring)

Super logement, bien placé, moustapha nous a bien accueilli et bien expliqué. Le propriétaire nous a envoyé un mail complet avant notre arrivée qui nous a permis de nous organiser à l'avance Piscine au top, vue magnifique au calme...Merci

Séjour en famille

Maison avec piscine agréable et calme avec magnifique vue.Chemin difficile d'accès mais nous avons trouver facilement grâce aux indications de l'hôte et avec un bon GPS.Nous avions louer une voiture.Bonne communication avec l'hôte malgré qu'il ne réside pas a proximité mais compliqué avec Mustapha et Mohamed du fait de la barrière de la langue, mais nous avons quand-même réussi à nous faire comprendre et inversement (pour l'arrivée).Merci et bonne continuation Famille COUFLEAU

Poor value

The house has a nice view, comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. However, the villa is difficult to find and communication with both the caretaker who does not speak English and the owner who lives abroad was extremely poor. The house was cold and uncomfortable at this time of year and shows sign of neglect. We were left without electricity for 16 hours. We left one day early and would not go back.

Small paradise

We have a very nice stay at this property. The house and the view is simply magnificiant et the host, who lives abroad, was available to answer all our questions. We had some small problems with water and electricity and it was resolved rapidly. The road to get there could be improved, but we managed to get there, even in the big rain! The view is one of the best that I have ever seen. We did not had the chance to jump in the pool since the weather was cold but would love to come back in summer to do so.

A part la vue qui est tres belle le reste est pas du tout ce qu’on espérais Tout dabord nous devions prendre possesion de la maison a 15h finalement nous avons attendu a l’entrée jusqu’à 17h car la femme de ménage n’avait pas fini. Forte odeur d’humidité et une forte odeur d’égouts venant des canalisations TRES DÉSAGRÉABLE carrelage de la piscine cassée obligé de nager avec des claquettes sinon on se blesse Tres petite salle de bain sombre. MA PETITE FILLE DE 5 ans EST TOMBÉ SUR UN SCORPION VIVANT CA NOUS A TRAUMATISÉ. Les serviettes sont tres anciennes de tres mauvaise qualité. La télé est toute petite la connexion internet est tres mauvaise le mobilier a linterieur est de mauvaise qualité pareil pour la literie. La douche extérieure ne fonctionne pas Tres peu de vaisselle Bref en résumé tres belle vue le reste est tres moyen

Catastrophique travel

J’ai loué un logement au Maroc pour mon séjour l’hôte qui ne réside pas au Maroc a confié l’accueil et la remise des clés a une personne local (qui ne parle pas français ce qui ne m’a pas été précisé) je n’ai eu que pour adresse une position satellite j’ai tenté en vain de chercher le lieu la personne au téléphone ne parlant pas français n’a pas pu m’aider et à fini par s’impatienter et m’insulter face à ses difficultés j’ai essayé de joindre le propriétaire qui n’a pas dénié me répondre pour m’envoyer « je suis au théâtre » prendsnt sue moi à 23h dans un pays qui m’est inconnu cherche une adresse sur une base de position satellite si le propriétaire que j’ai payé par avance avait répondu au téléphone lorsque j’étais en difficulté alors que lui avait déjà son argent nous aurion peut-être éviter certains désagréments j’ai fini par trouver une chambre d’hôtel a 1h du matin que j’ai payé 160 e je souhaite donc m’opposer au paiement de la location car l’hôte n’a absolument rien fait pour nous faciliter ni au niveau de la personne qui devait prendre en charge la remise des clés, de l’adresse, de l’insulte ainsi que le propriétaire lui même ne répond même pas donc je n’ai jamais accéder à son logement le contrat n’a en rien été honoré je souhaite être remboursé

Ein idyllisches Haus mit Charme

Wir danken für den tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen idyllischem Haus. Wir lieben diese Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und dennoch nur 10 bis 15 min bis Tanger Zentrum. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Hassan ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und sein Hausmeister genauso. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Un séjour mémorable dans cette magnifique demeure

Merci bcp aux proprio de cette magnifique villa de nous avons permis de vivre de magnifique moment en couple avec nos deux enfants âge de 2 ans et 5 ans.. Située à 10min de malabata, avec un café resto à 5min de la maison pour prendre le petit dej ou repas (New Andalous) Piscine et cadre magnifique Nous reviendrons c’est sure Une très bonne continuation Et sans oublié Mustapha qui était d’un accueil et d’une gentillesse, lala Mina est adorable également

Het aankomen was niet zo aangenaam omdat de straat van het huis niet zo goed te vinden is. We werden ontvangen door een man die geen engels of frans sprak, dus de uitleg was zeer sumier. De keuken is zeer sumier uitgerust, kan beter en materiaal was niet hygienisch. Zwembad en tuin was zeer aangenaam vertoeven. Zeer aangename vakantie gehad uiteindelijk.

Vue incroyable

Une jolie maison située au calme, décorée avec goût, une vue époustouflante, un très bon accueil de Mustapha et un hôte à l écoute. Attention, les nuits sont froides en hiver. Prévoir des pulls chauds et des chaussettes. Un ou deux connecteurs de qualité auraient été un plus en cette saison.

Traumblick!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist nicht topmodern, hat aber eine ganz eigene, besondere Atmosphäre. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass es drinnen und draußen viele gemütliche kleine Sitzecken gibt, in denen man essen, lesen oder einfach faulenzen kann. Die meiste Zeit haben wir den Pool und die grandiose Aussicht aus den großen Panoramafenstern auf die Straße von Gibraltar genossen. Hassan hat uns aber auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Een aanrader als je van rust houdt, alles keurig geregeld.

We hebben genoten met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Het zwembad, fantastische uitzicht en niet te vergeten de klantgerichtheid van de lokale beheerder en (vaste) taxichauffeur hebben het helemaal af gemaakt. Voordeel is wel dat mijn schoonzoon Marokkaan is waardoor communicatie heel makkelijk verloopt. De Villa is schoon, sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hele goede bedden waardoor we ook uitgerust zijn teruggekomen.

An absolute gem ! L-E villa de rêve ... vraiment !! Spectacular views. Bien agencé. Bien décoré. 👍

We just loved it ❤️ Nous avons adoré 🤗. Situated on a hilltop not far from the heart of Tangier, we pushed a heavy blue wooden door to discover a truly idyllic garden + villa. Immediately to the left a dining corner reminiscent of Italy with it's vine covered canopy shading a large dining table and L- shaped benches immediately satisfied our desires. Beyond there was a view to die for. A stretch of water extending to the shores of Spain. Stairs led up to the villa. To our right a stone bench with a mosaic top introduced a path to the right of the house. From there another set of stairs led to a rooftop with extraordinary views. However continuing towards the back another entertainment area appeared. Another charming canopied communal space, with benches surrounding a round table tucked to the right of the pool. On the diagonal corner, a third chatting area in full sun ☀️ . Chaise longues and an armchair were placed strategically around the pool plus a lower lawn terrace. All, of course, with view. The garden was elegant, well kept and soothing. The interior of the villa reflected the exterior. A choice of tasteful living areas and stunning views. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom, like the rest - aesthetic and well -designed. We took the option 'cleaner/cook' and were blessed by this choice. Mena was an excellent housekeeper but more importantly ( to us) the most fabulous cook !! We also organised a chauffeur for our stay which is necessary if you are not hiring a car. He facilitated communication with the neighbor who keeps an eye on the place. The owners have turned this Moroccan villa into an absolute gem 💎 I have travelled extensively over decades and I would even go as far as to say, a truly rare gem !! The location, view, architecture, garden, decor, environment and harmonious vibe of this property make it highly recommendable. It's the perfect haven to come home to after day trips, or the ideal place to hang out in for a chill day. Beware of looking out to sea 🌊 though. It is totally bewitching and you will be tempted to stay on + on + on ...

Si la paradis existe, il est la et vraiment la.

Un arrêt dans le temps face à une des plus belle vue du monde pour son histoire et sa couleur, celle du détroit de Gibraltar . Je pourrais rester des semaines entières, à regarder la vue depuis cette maison merveilleuse qui domine le monde royalement. Tout était fantastique et plus encore. J'ai eu le plaisir de parler quelques minutes avec le propriétaire qui était en Belgique, et ce fut un bonheur de partager les bonnes adresses avec lui. Un homme magnifique de simplicité et gentillesse. La maison est splendide et confortable et la piscine magnifique. Un vrai bonheur sur terre avec une vue à coupé le souffle. A lovely house...

Début avril 2018, nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette maison à Tanger. C'était 7 jours merveilleux. La maison est très agréable à vivre. Elle regorge de coins pour se poser et admirer le paysage, dont la vue sur le détroit de Gibraltar est juste époustouflante! La piscine était aussi un rêve pour les enfants qui y ont été tous les jours, malgré parfois le temps plus froid! Mustafa, le « gardien » de la maison, est très serviable, et Mina, « l'aide ménagère » de la maison, est précieuse! Merci Isabelle et Hassan pour ce magnifique séjour!
