Welcome to your perfect Newcastle stay! This bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat is located on the top (3rd) floor of a charming period building in the heart of Jesmond – one of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods.

Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, fresh linen, and plenty of storage. One of the bedrooms features a modern ensuite for added privacy and convenience.

A clean and stylish main bathroom plus a private ensuite mean there's no waiting in the mornings.
🍳 Large Fully Equipped Kitchen
Enjoy a spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cookware.
🛋 Comfortable Living Area
Relax in the open living space after a day exploring the city, or enjoy a meal with friends in the dining area.

Situated just minutes from Jesmond's lively bars, cafés, and boutique shops. You're a short walk from Jesmond Metro station and only 10 minutes to Newcastle city centre and the university campus.

PARKING
The street parking is by permit only. I am able to provide a parking permit for one car for each night of your stay.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be
requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not
check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes drive away.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
