This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160x200) and a living room equipped with a very comfortable double sofa bed. You will have exclusive use of the apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine. A security deposit of EUR 60,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
