Lovely spacious home with beautiful water views, perfectly located in the heart of the coveted West End! Enjoy the sunlit space w/ great art, blending classic charm with modern comforts, including all the comforts of home: beautiful wood floors, a comfortable living room for relaxing and checking out the bay or watching movies, a well-equipped full eat-in kitchen, lovely private deck, mini-split AC, fast wifi, filtered water, and a washer/dryer in the unit. (And, if you really must work - hopefully just a little- there are two work spaces with desks!)

You're just a few steps to the beach, the legendary Boatslip tea dance, galleries, and antique shops. For greater adventures, you're just a block or two to bike & boat rentals, an easy walk to restaurants and nightlife, Joe's Coffee, and so many exciting LGBTQ shows and events!

You'll find this home to be the perfect place to relax in, or a wonderful launching pad from which to go out! Free parking April to October.

The condo is absolutely perfect! The rooms are clean, bright, and beautifully decorated--complete with everything one would need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect--you can fall out of bed and be at a restaurant or shops in two minutes. There are phenomenal hikes, runs, walks, and birdwatching spots within a five minute drive (or less). The host is amazing and friendly and really cares that their guests are comfortable. The best way to summarize the stay is that from the moment we arrived, walking into the condo made us feel light and happy.

A home away from home in a fantastic location. There was much more space than anticipated which is rare for Ptown. Meryl was very responsive and helpful. Waking up to the view of the harbor was a treat and morning coffee on the back deck was a perfect start to each day. The rooms were quiet despite the Commercial St location. We're looking forward to staying again when we return!

Lovely stay.

We loved the views from the front of the house and the wonderfully quirky layout of the rooms. It was a comfortable place to work and relax for two weeks.

Great place in a great location

Stayed here in the off-season (over New Years) and loved the place. Conveniently located on Commercial Street, a close walk to everything. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Meryl was prompt, friendly and thorough in our communication. We'd definitely stay here again.

Visit to Provincetown

The condo we rented was a lovely and cozy home with many modern and comfortable features such as new appliances and beautiful redone wood floors. The owners were so nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Second time as good as the first!

This was my second stay in this wonderful, cozy, lovely apartment and it was every bit as good as the first time. The hosts could not be friendlier, more responsive and responsible . And the space is so charming, homey and clean--with views of both the Bay and the Monument. Go off-season!

Watch the amazing sunrise!

What a great place! Perfect location on Commercial Street, with amazing water views. We watched the sunrise every morning. The place was so charming and had all the right amenities. We went over the holidays and it was perfectly cozy when we wanted to stay in and a great location for when we wanted to go for a walk. The host was so friendly and very responsive to my text queries. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed! Perfect place to enjoy Ptown to the fullest.

Wonderful Views and Great Location!

From the moment we arrived - we were in love with this place. Amazing views of the water and boats. Lots of space and the apt is super cute. Its like a place out of movie set - very charming. Super close to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Its really quiet even though its on the main street. Bike rental shop is only a block away - which was super helpful. Balcony is great for morning breakfast. Host is very responsive and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this apt. We loved it!

Location, Location, Location...

We have been staying at this magnificent property for several years now. Each summer we spend a week and couldn't ask for better accommodations. The owners are a delight and very easy to communicate with. The property is spacious and well appointed. The location is right on Commercial St. so everything is within walking distance...literally a 2 minute walk to the Boatslip and their iconic afternoon T-Dance. We have enjoyed every stay and are always looking forward to our next visit to what we call "our home away from home."

Beautiful condo, excellent location.

First and foremost, Meryl is an incredibly kind and communicative host! The condo is in a great location, and despite being located right on Commercial Street, still very quiet. You are no more than 5-to-10 minutes from anything you could want to do in Ptown. The unit was super comfortable, and we especially enjoyed using the outdoor space. Our group cooked many of our meals at home, so having access to a grill outdoors would have greatly improved our experience, but the well-appointed kitchen helped greatly. We will definitely be re-booking again next year!

Great property in a very convenient location!!

This property could not have been more well-equipped and conveniently located. This spacious home offers 2 nicely sized bedrooms, Eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped, high-end washer and dryer and an outside deck. We were within easy walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shops the town has to offer. We were visiting over the New Year's holiday and it was very cold outside during our stay. The home was always very warm and comfortable. This is the perfect spot if you are visiting anytime during the year. This property is also very easy to reserve as the owners are always available via phone, text or email. We look forward to our return and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Beautiful & soothing 3rd-floor apt in *perfect* location!!

My spouse and I absolutely loved our stay at Meryl’s home! It is quiet, beautiful (so much wonderful, local art!), calm, and spacious, and it had everything we needed and more! We wanted to try as many restaurants as we could, so we didn’t cook while there. But we typically do cook while on vacation, and this kitchen would have made doing so a breeze. It has *everything* one might need! The water views from the livingroom and front bedroom are gorgeous, and the balcony is perfect. We ended up sleeping on both beds to see which we preferred, and both are great—super comfortable. One thing that is really important to us is cleanliness, and Meryl’s home exceeded the mark. (Both my spouse and I are pretty picky about this, and we were grateful and relieved at how deeply clean everything was.) Meryl’s home and where it’s situated are so calm and quiet that it’s hard to believe it’s only a 1/2 mile (or less!) to most of the places we wanted to go. (It’s only 0.6 miles from MacMillan Pier, for example.) So it’s truly the best of both worlds. We were beyond delighted with our stay and are so looking forward to being back! One final note: Meryl is an incredibly gracious host and is warm, welcoming, thoughtful, very helpful, and highly responsive in her communication. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, private, beautiful place that’s just a short walk to everything and is hosted by a fantastic communicator and very thoughtful host.

Home away from home...

Every year we look forward to staying at this charming well appointed property. This location is steps away from anything you would want to do in town. In all the years we've stayed here, I don't think there was any reasonable amenity that we needed that wasn't there. All in all, it just feels like home to us.

A beautiful West End sanctuary

Out stay at Meryl's place was perfect from start to finish. The house is perfectly situated on the West End; on the third floor of the building, overlooking Commercial Street and Provincetown Harbor. The house is just seconds from the Boatslip (but is quiet nonetheless); and minutes away from all the best restaurants and nightlife of Ptown. (Oh, and the view from the main bedroom and living room is exquisite. Watching the light change on the water -- and on the beach in the distance -- is a beautiful and moving experience. )

Seaside cottage in the sky

We opened the door to our third floor rental into a world we could only describe as a cottage in the sky. The rooms and decor capture the magic of the history of Provincetown. Out the windows of the comfortable living room and front bedroom we view the harbor. On the deck, surrounded by flowers, we’re in our own little garden. Every modern convenience is available but set in a warm, timeless setting that carries you away from the glass boxes that could be in any waterfront locale. And, we were literally steps from the fun and natural beauty that Provincetown offers. It was perfect, and we’ll be back.
