About this property

Two bedroom condo near to everything Ptown has to offer

This unit has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with two twin beds. A great option for families! This 1st floor unit has a spacious, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with views of the Pilgrim Monument. Cute sitting porch in front that is a great people watching spot and a large, private screened porch in rear, with fold down table for al fresco dining or just enjoying the outdoors. Home features in unit laundry, fully stocked kitchen with dining area that can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 people. All linens provided.
Wireless internet connection throughout the unit and a desk/work space available in the main bedroom. Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD stereo. A separate flat screen TV and DVD player are provided in the main bedroom.
In season, each of the bedrooms and the living/dining area have window air conditioners to keep you cool. The unit also has full baseboard, forced hot water heating system for the colder weather periods.
You can walk to virtually everything Ptown has to offer - restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, galleries, bay beaches - from this centrally located unit.
The unit has one assigned parking space right in front. Additional parking (for a fee in season) is available directly across the street.
The location is a short walk from where both of the 90 minute high speed ferry services dock on Macmillan Pier, during the season, to and from Boston. That means you won't even need a car to get here and you can avoid the lower cape and bridge area traffic getting on and off cape.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If anything was broken or damaged, leave a note or send a text message letting me know.
The unit will be left clean and in the same condition as when you arrived.
Air conditioners turned off, or heat turned down to 55 degrees during the colder months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upon departure, tenants agree to leave the house clean including doing any dishes, etc. used during their stay and emptying the trash.
At the end of the rental period, tenants should remove all food items from the refrigerator.
Tenants should be sure all lights are turned off, windows are closed, doors are locked and air conditioners shut off upon departure.

Another amazing stay at this lovely home. This is our third time staying here and we already look forward to the next. We have stayed here in Summer and Winter and it’s just perfect. It truly is close to everything, and it was especially magical this time to walk out to the monument in all her lit up Holiday glory. It’s right outside the door here! And it snowed! The full kitchen is a godsend when traveling with kids, the beds are comfortable. You simply cannot go wrong here. Thank you, Kevin for another beautiful stay.

If you drove or people you travel with did, a massive added bonus of having PLENTY of parking across the street.Pretty chill location with the bedrooms set back into the back of the house so there is little to no road noise. This was the best place we have stayed in Provincetown. Location was close enough to walk everywhere and the accommodations were functional and very attractive. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal in the well supplied kitchen and enjoyed dinner in the spacious dining area. Attention to detail was incredible. I forgot my little magnifying mirror for make-up and guess what?... there was one in the bathroom. My family had a fabulous experience and highly recommend this condo! We hope to return here for future vacations.

I think this is the third time I have stayed here as we all love this rental. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from spices and oil to cutting boards, cookware, and coffee makers. The only things I really should have brought this year are my favorite knife (really there is no way for a VRBO host to provide a good knife as so many renters will not take care of it) and a colander.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Plenty of amenities, a great shower, and a comfortable bed. We did hear the upstairs neighbor walking around in the daytime, but it was quiet at night. The host had excellent communication. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Park and walk

The unit had everything we needed to feel at home for our three nights in PTown and the proximity allowed us to park and walk to the Pier and Monument. Our whale watching trip was amazing! We saw over 30 humpbacks feeding.

For the first 9 years that I owed this property, I have used it as my second home. I have only been renting it out since the summer of 2013.

Why they chose this property

Because this was my home, it comes stocked more like a home than a rental property. There are lots of items in the kitchen that you wouldn't generally expect in a rental. Also the place is comfy and cozy with comfortable furniture and great beds, as well as lots of linens to make you feel right at home.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. This property is in a perfect location to allow you the opportunity to explore everything Provincetown has to offer. You don't need a car to get around. Just a block up from Commercial Street, you can walk to the East end or West end of town in just a few minutes.
