Terrasol Apartments, the managers of this apartment. This apartment is very well equipped. However, if you are missing something, let me know! My goal is to make you feel at home, possibly even better. Before your arrival, you must complete the online check-in through the check-in system we use. Key delivery is done at our office at the following address: Avenida Andalucía 65B (29740) Torre del Mar.

Welcome to Maenoba Playa, your ideal destination to enjoy unforgettable holidays! This fantastic brand new apartment is located in the prestigious Subt-12 area, offering you a unique experience.



This ground floor apartment is distributed as follows: upon entering, you will find an American-style kitchen very well equipped; everything you need will be there. Living-dining room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and good WiFi connection. The bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.



In addition, the apartment has a modern full bathroom with shower.



The sea and the beach are a few metres away.



Lastly, to preserve the quality of the stay, parties are not allowed and smoking inside is prohibited. We want to ensure that your experience at Maenoba Playa is unforgettable, full of tranquillity and comfort.

Bien pero mejorable

La amplitud diáfana, la cocina y el que hay dos televisores. El plato de ducha está mal instalado y derrama agua al suelo del baño, se deteriorará el parqué. Falta una pequeña repisa dentro del plato de ducha para poner botes. Una estantería horizontal dentro del armario lavadero por encima de la lavadora para poner las maletas vacías. Información sobre qué el aire acondicionado no funciona sino están cerradas puerta y ventanas. Vendría bien una percha en el salón para colgar una chaqueta etc. Mejorar el compromiso de reparación de algo que no esté bien y no olvidarse. Con vistas al tiempo próximo, una alfombrilla en la entrada para poder secar los zapatos días de lluvia. Y por supuesto la cama, es incomodisima de 135. Almenos de 150 y a ser posible con las sábanas bajeras fuesen ajustables.
