Great location – just a short tram/train ride to all main attractions and a quick walk to a bakery, coffee shop, and food market. The area felt safe and friendly, with welcoming people both in the building and nearby shops. The apartment was clean, and the sofa bed was made up as requested.We did have some issues: arriving late, we struggled to find the apartment and had difficulty contacting the host. The key was easy to access once found, but the front door was very heavy and awkward to open, needing three full turns to lock/unlock. Inside, the kitchen was small but functional.The bathroom was very cramped – the shower was much smaller than expected, with a damaged plastic screen that let water leak onto the floor. The bathroom sink was unusable due to a stuck plug, so we had to use the kitchen sink for washing hands. We also couldn’t find the TV remote.Entry to the apartment is via narrow doorway with stairs just behind the door — just wide enough for a suitcase. Despite the inconveniences, it was a decent stay overall thanks to its cleanliness and excellent location.

Il faut savoir que l'appartement est en sous sol, la salle de bain est très humide et sale, a notre arrivée le rouleau de papier toilette était probablement tombe dans les toilettes et remis en place.La clef pour la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble ne fonctionnait pas, c'est donc le gardien de l'immeuble qui nous a aide car le propriétaire était non joignable.Pour finir, la cuisine était sale sans torchon ou produit vaisselle. Néanmoins, le logement a de très bons restaurants typiques en proximité et est très bien desservi par les transports en commun.

You only go down a few steps to enter, but the windows are at street level and provide full natural light. During your stay, no issues were reported regarding cleanliness or the keys. In any case, the building’s concierge is always available to help, as is our team, which responds promptly to any request. Cleaning is carried out with great care before every check-in, and we regularly check that everything is in perfect order, including toilet paper and essential supplies. We’re glad you appreciated the excellent location, well connected by public transport and surrounded by many typical restaurants. We will continue working hard to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
