Countryside apartment with pool, jacuzzi and beautiful park

If you’d like to have the opportunity to visit Rome, but at the same time spend a relaxing time in the countryside, Vigna Licia is the place for you. Vigna Licia is only 18 Km from the centre of Rome and 9 Km from the ring road called the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) The house is surrounded by a luxuriant garden full of palms, pines, Lebanese Cedars and olive trees. The property is in the heart of the Decima Malafede, the largest protected natural reserve in Europe set in an urban landscape. Vigna Licia has four comfortable apartments, that have been lovingly furnished and fitted out with all the requisites for a wonderful stay. Choose whichever apartment is best suited to your requirements and check its availability. During the summer season, from may to october there is a pool (4 x 8 m) and a wirlpool at exclusive disposal of Vigna Licia’s guests furnished with sun umbrellas, sun beds and open air shower. The pool towels are not provided.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is made up of a living/dining room with a sofa-bed for one or two, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom. The kitchen area - which is part of the living room - has a four-ring hob and a gas oven with grill, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with shower. Satellite TV, DVD and radio. Bed linen, towels, tablecloths, dishtowels etc. are provided. There are large furnished terraces. A laundry room is available for guests as are the five-a-side football pitch, a swing, children's games, table tennis, bicycles and a communal parking area. Pool and wirlpool. A child's cot is also available.

Beautiful peaceful place

Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal ausgestattet. (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Espressomaschine ...) Die Betten wurden 1x wöchentlich neu bezogen , sowie Handtücher und Badetücher 1x in der Woche gewechselt. Das weitläufige Anwesen ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Pinien. Der Rasen war gepflegt und trotz des heißen Sommers im Sept. / Okt. immer noch grün, also eine echte Oase. Die Besitzer und der Hausmeister waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Summa summarum: Wir haben es nicht bereut, die Wohnung für 6 Wochen gebucht zu haben.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem tollen Haus. Rings um das Haus sind viele Möglichkeiten um Kinder zu beschäftigen, Pool ; Tischtennis, Fussball, etc. . Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps rund um Rom. Auch die Entfernung zum nächste P+R Parkplatz für die Metro nach Rom ist mit 20 Minuten wirklich top. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Rom kommen, ist das unsere erste Wahl.

Schoon en compleet, landelijk, kindervriendelijk

Gastvrij ontvangst, alles aanwezig, duidelijke uitleg, met een auto alles binnen bereik zoals supermarkt, restaurant, strand en uiteraard Rome. Bijzonder compliment voor Ellie, de huismeester en tuinman van het verblijf. Hij was zeer behulpzaam! Tevens hele verblijf is uitermate geschikt voor kinderen, heel veel buitenspeelgoed aanwezig. Omdat wij er in oktober verbleven is het water van de pool en wirlpool te koud om er nog van te kunnen genieten. Maar de zee is vlakbij 20 min met de auto dus hier nog genoeg vermaak kunnen vinden. Afsluitend het is een fijne vakantieplek, weg van de drukte van Rome en toch sta je met 45 minuten bij het colloseum. Maar ook voor tochtjes in en rondom Rome is Vigna Licia heel erg goed gelegen.
