Luxury room in Barcelona center. Excellent location

This spacious room is located on the city’s town hall square. It’s bustling during the day, and it’s very pleasant to have lunch or dinner at the table on the balcony while enjoying the atmosphere of the square—street performers, musicians, and more. At 11 p.m., everything closes down and it gets quite quiet. You can walk to all the attractions from here: the beach, the mountains, the Sagrada Familia, and all the city’s areas. If you’d rather not walk too far, the subway lines are right next to the house—just a 1-minute and 3-minute walk away. The house is large, and everyone has their own space. I live on the other side. In your room, you’ll find a workspace, good Wi-Fi, a dining table, a TV, and a balcony. The bathroom is shared with the third bedroom in the house; a very respectful guy lives there who travels a lot, so you’ll rarely run into him. The other bathroom in the house is for me. You can use the kitchen as long as you clean it up afterwards.
