Parkview Farmhouse is a luxury countryside property located just outside the historic village of Royal Hillsborough, Northern Ireland. Set on 16 acres of private land, this newly renovated farmhouse offers guests a rare combination of space, style, seclusion and flexibility. It’s ideal for large groups, wedding guests, creative retreats or film and television crews seeking discreet high-end accommodation close to Belfast.

The house sleeps 16+ guests across eight individually styled bedrooms and includes four bathrooms (two of which are en suite). Thoughtfully restored throughout, the property features new bathrooms, fresh interiors and high-end touches that blend rustic charm with timeless elegance. Key highlights include an AGA kitchen, cosy lounges with wood-burning stoves and open fires and generous dining space for group meals.

Outside, guests can enjoy full access to the surrounding 16 acres, which include a private lake, a woodland trail around the property perimeter and a firepit with outdoor seating – perfect for morning walks, golden hour drinks or peaceful moments by the water.

For those planning a special celebration, Parkview offers exclusive use of a converted stone cottage styled like an Irish bar. Complete with log burner, pool table and bar area, it's ideal for birthdays, post-wedding gatherings or simply a fun night in with friends! This space is available upon request and subject to a separate fee.

We’re proud to welcome a group of actors and producers later this year, who chose Parkview Farmhouse as their accommodation and base while filming a pilot in Northern Ireland – thanks to its serene setting, upscale comfort and proximity to local production hubs.

Guests can also arrive in style via helicopter. A private on-site helipad is available for transfers with prior arrangement.

A member of the team will greet you in person at check-in to ensure you’re settled in comfortably and familiar with the house. After that, we’re available via Airbnb chat throughout your stay should you need us.

We’re happy to give guests complete privacy, but equally we are happy to assist if required.
