The two apartments share a semi-outdoor area (a dual-aspect veranda with sea and mountain views) and a common entrance. Access to the floor is available via stairs or an elevator. It is part of a 5-residence complex built in 2024 with external insulation, located in the seaside village of Dryos. The property includes 10 sq.m. of furnished semi-outdoor space.
