We had a terrible experience with this property. I flew into Barcelona for work and had to head straight to a trade show. The owner suddenly changed the check-in time from 4 PM to 7 PM, which was completely unacceptable since I was unavailable at that time due to work. She was extremely inflexible and unhelpful. She promised a reimbursement, but I still haven’t received any refund, and she has since stopped responding. I was forced to book another hotel at the last minute. Do not book this place!
