This gorgeous home was built and completed in the summer of 2014 by Pinnacle Mountain Homes. It boasts mountain modern detailing in an open floor plan with a great room, gourmet kitchen and dining area on the main level. LOCATION – This private home is located in the Christie Heights neighborhood off of Ski Hill Road. The Breckenridge Connect Gondola is located close by and will take you to Peak 7 & Peak 8 or down to Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. Just a short walk away is the Breckenridge Nordic Center which provides numerous trails for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. The trails to the Gondola are accessible in the summer months only.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)

The two king bedrooms were very comfortable but not so much in the bunk room or other guest bedroom. It was very stuffy in the bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked! The bathroom shower in the upstairs bedroom had poor water pressure but I loved the tub!

We loved this rental! The house is gorgeous and there was so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy! It was close to the bus stop for easy access to skiing, and the hot tub was wonderful!There were a couple issues related to cleanliness and functionality. The dishwasher was full when we arrived and there were dishes and utensils that weren't clean in the cabinets. There is a broken rack in the dishwasher making it hard to wash efficiently. The ice machine on the fridge wasn't working. The sinks in the downstairs king bath were clogged. And there were three semi-full propane tanks for the grill so we had to switch out in the middle of cooking. None of these issues were horrible. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely return, but felt like, for the money, we would have liked to not have had these issues.

This house had a spacious and open feel, with excellent views overlooking Breck. Layout was great for our family and the house is a very short ride to Shock Hill Gondola and Peak 8 Base. Would stay here again!

Family Get Away

We took family from out of town to Breckenridge for a couple of days and they loved the house and the town. We ended up ordering food in one night because everyone was enjoying the house so much and cooked in the gorgeous kitchen the other night. The location of the property is excellent and close to town but also secluded enough relax. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our family and friends had the best vacation at the house. We absolutely loved the house! It was very clean, the layout was excellent, and we liked being in the mountains. It was in the perfect location too-easy to get to the downtown area and close to the gondola. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice-we had enough room for the 8 of us. And the open concept of the kitchen, dining area and living room was great. We enjoyed our dinners in every night because the view was amazing! If we come to Breckenridge again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again! The neighborhood was charming:)
