The house was exactly as they described. Clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a bit older and a few things probably needed to be fixed but was overall still a great house. We booked this house since it was so close to downtown and we could just walk to Oktoberfest.

Great place to stay right off the main street

We had an awesome time in Breckenridge staying at Apres on French St. The location was perfect for walking to the gondola or heading into town for a bite to eat. Everything was clean and ready for our group when we arrived, no issues at all. Thanks!

Ski trip

Perfect location to get to the ski lift or downtown. Amazing home was clean and ready for our family stay. We had no problems so we didn’t have to communicate with the owner. But the way this location was ran I am sure they would have taken care of the problem immediately.

Great Location. Beautiful property

With room for all 14 of us, this home was perfect for a three night get a way. Convenient and with in walking distance of the ski lift, downtown and restaurants. Unfortunately, the hot tub stopped working and the boiler went out BUT the management company did a fantastic job to make sure we were warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Girl’s Weekend

River Ridge Management went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had a great weekend. I was notified last minute that the house we were supposed to stay in didn’t have hot water. Instead of leaving us without a place to stay, River Ridge upgraded our stay to a bigger and absolutely gorgeous home. Communication was wonderful throughout the duration of our vacation. We felt taken care of and we were so thankful.

September 2020 Stay

We had a great six night stay with the pooches over Labor Day. The property manager was very responsive and efficient with the texts on arrival, departure, etc. the house was very comfortable and well laid out (my sister visited for two nights and had the downstairs which was nice for privacy). The kitchen was reasonably equipped but we didn’t use it much as we were taking a break from cooking. There were a couple very minor things that needed repairing but the property manager was super responsive and got the minor issues resolved quickly.

Even though the city did not do the celebration this year our family created it's own and this home was perfect. It offers 5 bedrooms and the downstairs extra sitting area is perfect for the couples that had small children. The close proximity to main street and the gondola was perfect since we have strollers to deal with. Everything was very clean and we even saw some updates to the property this visit. The only issue was a missing screen to one of the basement bedrooms which made sleeping a little warm at night. But that was a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect has everything you need and you cannot beat the location to Main Street and the trails!! Very clean and comfy. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after any event or just an evening in. Every morning we saw the same fox hanging out front and the views from the patio upstairs was amazing. We will stay here again we loved it!!

We walked most everywhere, close to the gondola and Main Street. We had small children so, I recommend to bring their entertainment. Very clean, updated and such a great stay for the week we were there. I didn’t think I would like this but I did feel taken care of my the management company. They checked on us about every day or so, to see if we needed anything. When we had a question on how something worked, almost immediate response everytime. Great home for one or two families.

Great Breck Home

Had a great time with the family at this super nice house! House was conveniently located near town and the gondola. Rooms and beds were perfect for our group of 8 plus a 6 mo old baby. Property managers were nice and responsive.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay. It was relatively close to Main St. and were were able to walk to most shops/restaurants. We stayed in the summer (July). It was hot during the day and there is no A/C. A lot of the windows were difficult to open, and a number of them were missing screens. The traffic on French St. is very busy, which made it difficult to exit the driveway. There is only one single lane driveway for parking; so if you have multiple cars, it can be a bit unwieldly to move your vehicles around. Last thing: the dryer has a difficult time drying (and we made sure the lint trap was always cleaned out).

French Street also gave us easy access to travel to Frisco when we wanted to drive there and allowed us to miss the Main Street traffic in Breckenridge.Also, gave us a great view of the mountains as we enjoyed our morning coffee.
