Nice Historic House in Breckenridge

The place was REALLY nice! My family and I planned a ski trip to Breck and this was the perfect place. We had a large group with kids, and an infant, and it worked great! The hot tub was a really nice touch at the end of a long ski day. The location is so great and stunning views. It’s only a few minute walk to the gondola and a real quick walk to Main Street. Can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend!

The house was perfect has everything you need and you cannot beat the location to Main Street and the trails!! Very clean and comfy. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after any event or just an evening in. Every morning we saw the same fox hanging out front and the views from the patio upstairs was amazing. We will stay here again we loved it!!

The house was exactly as they described. Clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a bit older and a few things probably needed to be fixed but was overall still a great house. We booked this house since it was so close to downtown and we could just walk to Oktoberfest.

Great Breck Home

Had a great time with the family at this super nice house! House was conveniently located near town and the gondola. Rooms and beds were perfect for our group of 8 plus a 6 mo old baby. Property managers were nice and responsive.

Had a great stay in apres on French. Check in was seem less, house was well equipped, and rental company was attentive. The location is perfect. Just far enough to feel private while close enough for easy walk to main/gondola.

Ski trip

Perfect location to get to the ski lift or downtown. Amazing home was clean and ready for our family stay. We had no problems so we didn’t have to communicate with the owner. But the way this location was ran I am sure they would have taken care of the problem immediately.
