About this property

Lovely long farmhouse sleeps 14 with large pool in the heart of the Périgord

It is a very beautiful 300 m² long farmhouse renovated in the local tradition which gives it authenticity and comfort. We have added quality fittings which makes it a very nice place where it is pleasant to live.

The outside consists of:

Terraces over the total length of the house including 1 with pergola facing the kitchen. They are a privileged place to take your meals as well as for barbecuing in the late evening.

The secured pool surrounded by 90 m² wooden terrace (from regional larch) will give you the opportunity to enjoy long sunny days and for those who prefer the shade, the pool house will satisfy you to recharge your batteries and rest in this countryside environment.
The wooden cabin will give the children the opportunity to create all sorts of dreams and even spend in it starry nights that will mark your holidays.
A sport ground will allow you to practice soccer, badminton and volleyball. As for boules, a ground has just been set up.
There is a small area under the hazel to enjoy a siesta in the hammock with song of the birds
Thanks to the 3800 m² fenced park, parents will leave their children freely gambol with total peace of mind.

ultimate rest

Excellent location, well equipped house. In the heat wave it was quite possible to keep a pleasant temperature indoors and the two airco bedrooms coped well. We will recommend and possibly return. One serious blemish: the wooden decking around the otherwise excellent swimming pool needs urgent treatment as splinters come loose and have cut the children's feet on several occasions.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area

We spent two lovely weeks at this house in Villamblard and enjoyed every minute. Very well equipped house with everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

Super séjour passé à Villamblard

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans cette propriété ! L'accueil a été parfait ! Un problème de chauffage est survenu quelques jours avant notre arrivée, mais le propriétaire a été transparent sur ce point et a mis en place des solutions de secours (la maison était bien chauffée). La maison est très bien équipée, fidèle à l'annonce. Nous sommes prêt a revenir, l'été cette fois-ci pour profiter pleinement des extérieurs.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très confortable, impeccable et très bien équipée. Le jacuzzi était un plus très agréable. Plein d'activités sont disponibles (badmington, pétanque, piscine, jacuzzi, vélo,...) ce qui rend le séjour très agréable pour tous les âges. De très bonnes vacances, au calme et en famille. Très bon accueil de Philippe.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cet endroit idyllique. Difficile de trouver la moindre remarque à formuler tant tout était parfait. La maison est superbe, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, équipée de tout le confort possible. Nous nous sommes sentis très vite chez "nous". Le jardin et tout ce qu'il offre est juste paradisiaque. Et comme nous l'a confirmé nos hôtes...on n'a pas trop envie de bouger. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Vous y passerez des vacances inoubliables. Merci à Philippe et Christelle pour leur gentillesse. Pour sûr, nous reviendrons.

Un séjour des plus agréable

Merci pour ce séjour passé dans votre demeure. La maison est très grande, parfaitement agencée pour accueillir plusieurs personnes avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous étions entre amis, mais le lieu est également idéal en famille. Philippe et sa femme ont été très agréable et à l'écoute. Toujours disponibles. Encore merci pour ces quelques jours qui furent parfaits!

Nous recommandons!

Nous avons loué cette maison du 1 au 15 août 2015. Au départ, un peu hésitant sur la région et les prestations de cette location, nous avons finalement loué cette magnifique longère 15 jours pour des vacances en famille. Nous n’avons pas été déçus aussi bien par l’accueil, la maison et les activités de la région. En effet, le propriétaire est très souriant, sympathique et de bons conseils pour découvrir cette région, qui regorge d’activité en tous genres aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants (moto, marche, vélo, gastronomie, farniente…). Nous avons été également ravis de la maison. Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants. La maison aurait pu en accueillir bien plus. Elle est rénovée avec gout, la déco est épurée mais bien choisie et cette demeure est bien entretenue et bien équipée (barbecue, wifi, terrain de pétanque, 3 salles de bains…) Nous avons particulièrement appréciée la piscine, que nous avons pu optimiser au maximum puisque le soleil était bien au RDV. Une dernière petite anecdote : mon mari souffre de mal de dos mais la literie est de très bonne qualité…Il est important de bien dormir en période de vacances !!! Nous recommandons ce lieu qui est un véritable havre de paix …. Famille Bacconin

Très grande maison au calme et bien conçu

Cette maison est parfaite pour découvrir le Périgord mais aussi se reposé. Très grande maison, bien agencé ,au calme et ou on peut se prélasser dans la piscine, jouer au boules, aux ballons... Cette maison dispose de tout le confort que l'on peut trouver chez soi. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l'écoute.(on trouve sur place des prospectus pour visiter la région) Les prestations sont de qualité donc nous avons passé de superbes vacances et recommandons cette location. Merci à vous.Les habitants de l'Ain.

Excellent séjour

La maison correspondait exactement à l'annonce. Cette Longère a été rénovée avec goût, elle propose de beaux volumes tout en étant très fonctionnelle même pour 10 adultes et 2 enfants. L'équipement proposé (materiel, linge de maison, ...) est varié et adapté. L'accueil a été chaleureux et le propriétaire est de très bon conseil. A recommander !

Lors de votre arrivée j' ai apprécié l'ensemble du groupe uni derrière leur leader et c'est avec énormément de plaisir que j'ai lu votre témoignage me confortant dans l'idée que cette maison est un vrai petit Eden de paradis pour les petits et grands groupes d'amis .
