🛋️ Inside the Cottage Step into a welcoming hallway that leads to a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for basic home-style cooking. It features an induction hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer, plus cookware essentials to make mealtimes a breeze. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats four, making it perfect for leisurely breakfasts or cosy dinners. There's also a handy downstairs WC for added convenience.
Relax in the comfortable lounge area, complete with a TV for winding down after a day of exploring.

🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in the shower room.
🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are provided, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
If you need additional items or housekeeping for shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.
⏰ Check-In and Check-Out: Our check-in and check-out times are listed in the property information. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins, and we’ll update you on the day if this is possible.
🔥 We can provide baskets of kiln dried logs, kindling, firelighters and matches for £15 per basket - perfect for the cosy winter nights in!
💦 We can also provide robes and slippers for guests for £4 a set - perfect to get in and out of the hot tub.
⚠️ For Fire Safety reasons, BBQs are not allowed at this property. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the walls.
For H&S reasons I'm afraid BBQ's and Fireworks are prohibited at the property.
We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 10pm and the hot tub cannot be used after this time.
Please turn off the outside lights when you are inside and over-night to minimise the flies and bugs that will be attracted to the lights.
